Location and style.
We could not get breakfast at hotel because they would seem to be having some financial problems and indeed some staff were protesting outside of hotel each night. They had not been paid. Such a lovely hotel...sorry that it has such problems.
Location Lovely old building
Mattress long overdue for change Parking difficult
I enjoyed the swimming pool.
Internet doesn't work in my room. Internet worked only in the corridor, where the router was, but the connection was very, very slow. I couldn't use my Skype! The staff don't speak English...
Central location in Baeza, very close to the main sights and convenient for visiting Ubeda as well. Accessible by car with free parking nearby on the street. Stylish decor, good atmosphere, nice lobby, dining and pool area. Unbeatable value for money.
The quality of the bathroom did not match the rest of the hotel (mildew in the shower cabin). Only basic English spoken by staff, although you can get by with a couple of words of Spanish:) Pool not really clean. Poor wifi.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was made to feel welcome.
There was nothing to dislike.
-Great old building well restored, great ambience - large rooms - very nice garden and pool area well away from the noise -perfect location to explore old town
- bathroom could be cleaner -no mini fridge in room - somewhat noisy due to thin walls/windows
Good location. Clean.
Music in the bar until 00:00. We went bed early and we were unable to sleep. Breakfast poor. Only cereals a toast a some fruit. Short bed.
Breakfast very small portions and only one choice. Bathroom wooden floor was dirty and in pieces. Mold on tiles around shower .
Great ambiance, convenient facilities, courteous staff
Towels didn't absorb water, probably way past functional use by date
Very friendly staff. Great location.
The hotel is situated in an ideal situation but parking is not so easy. Personally I preferred Baeza to Ubeda.
very good. will recommend
not really anything
We had a great stay, the location is fabulous and so was the hotel.Lots to see in Baeza and also went to Jaen. The offer on the massages was also very good value for money. We will definitely stay here again.
The sauna etc was not operational.
fantastic conversion of 15century building into a minimal internal design. Location perfect for wandering the old town and central to bars and resturants.
the 4 internal atrium facing rooms can suffer from excessive noise from below, i would avoid these on a future visit. Parking, is on the street and can be difficult to find a space. Breakfast adequate, but coffee served by the cup, no option to refill, as was the fresh orange juice - suggest a machine beside the ceral as other hotels do.
A very stylish hotel with a lovely atmosphere - a real gem
No views from bedroom window which was almost at ceiling level
The swimming pool The design
The lack of windows to the outside
Position in town. Accessibilty, comfortable Friendly staffand rustic style. Quiet and relaxing patio. Friendly staff.
No tea, coffee facility in room.
