- very clean and new furniture - low price for central location Overall a good place for someone who looks for a basic, clean and cheap room. - the breakfast included in the price is quite small; but on the positive side you have the option to order more in the cafe (at own expense)

The staff allowed us to put some food in their own freezer for the night. The beds were comfortable even though the room was tiny. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was disgusting.

Modern and tasteful decor, very clean, good location, excellent value for money, easy access to port, quiet, friendly staff who spoke good English Small bathroom, noisy undersheet, no wifi in rooms (although available in dining room)

The hotel has a very modern design which evidently has had priority to more practical solutions. The room we had was very small for two persons goes for the toilet and shower as well. Reading in bed impossible becuase of only one strong lamp in the ceiling. No chairs in the room. For some strange reason we were only allowed plastic cups in the room. The Internet worked fine in the room. T.A.

Funcional.limpieza.renovado.ubicacion a precio razonable sin mas pretensiones que dormir. Nuestra habitacion triple era excesivamente calurosa y oscura aumque habia aire acondicionado.el color negro del edificio atrae mucho el calor.personal no demasiado simpatico

Het hotel was centraal gelegen in San Sebastian.Niet ver van de haven. Kamer was ruim ( op het dak).Erg onpersoonlijk en kaal. Het personeel was erg ontoegankelijk zowel bij de receptie als bij het restaurant. Wij moesten met de boot van half 8 en op onze vraag of we om kwart voor 7 ons ontbijt konden krijgen was het personeel tot niets bereid. Geen ontbijt gehad dus , hoewel het bij de prijs was inbegrepen .Wifi werkte niet!!Personeel sprak slecht Engels.

nettes personal, hatten erst ein raeumchen ohne fenster, wurde aber ohne grosse umstaende in ein zimmer mit balkon getauscht. fruehstueck im benachbarten restaurant incl. suuuuuper betten! ueber geschmack laesst sich streiten, der metall- look gefiel uns ueberhaupt nicht. die einrichtung ist sehr kalt. in den zimmern ist kein platz fuer ein nachttischt, kleiderschrank, stuhl....nichts! eine metallstange und 2 regale mussten fuer die klamotten reichen! auf den (nagelneuen!!!) matratzen waren leider plastikschonbezuege drauf?!?! ( waren aber leicht zu entfernen!) kein wifi im zimmer und keine abdunkelmoeglichkeit der fenster

Hotel y habitaciones totalmente nuevas y con un diseño y gusto exquisito, además de la ubicación del mismo, en pleno centro con bares y cafeterías a menos de 50 metros. También cabe destacar que se encuentra en pleno centro histórico de la capital. Recomendable 100% si lo que buscas es un sitio donde dormir y descansar. No recomendable a gente que busque un hotel donde estar todo el dia. Mi única pega seria la cama, algo pequeña para dos personas.

ascensor,aire acondicionado habitaciones , zona facil aparcamiento rodeada de comercios. desayuno horrible ,poca cantidad y de calidad pesima y encima nunca llegamos a comerlo completo, siempre les faltaba algo tenian tres desayunos a elegir y uno no lo daban. ojo resevamos habitacion triple con tres camas individuales y nos dieron una doble con dos y un sofa cama. segun recepcionista eso era una triple. habitaciones muy pequeñas con una ventana a un patio de luz que se oia y muy claro a los otros clientes roncar, hablar,niños llorando etc.... un desastre de hotel de lo peor que hemos visto.recomendamos san sebastian pero no el hotel preferible una pension o apto.

Lugnt o skönt läge. Bra städning o jättegullig o tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten tråkig. Rummet alltför sparsmakat, det saknades både bord bredvid sängarna och sänglampor.

Het was er proper, en voor de rest hebben we nauwelijks contact gehad met wie dan ook... zeer onpersoonlijke kleine kamer, amper plaats om bagage van 2 personen te zetten, laat staa, iets uit te pakken, onpractische badkamer ( plaats wcpapie, in douche geen plaats zeep...) Het oogt mooi, maar is echt nietb gezellig. Het doet zeer denken aan een F1hotel-kamer. Het inbegrepen ontbijt was beneden alle peil. Ga hier nooit meer terug! De duurste en de slechtste kamer van mijn reis! Schrappen dus!
