Location, good for ferry from Cadiz to Tenerife
We love staying here after a long drive from France before returning to our home the next day. this must be the seventh time we have stayed here.
A tiny critism but there is no Sky news on TV despite them advertising in the rooms that it is available. They said it was available in the salon, but it isn't. It is just good to catch up with news again after travelling for days and BBC World is just documentaries. We ended up watching France 24.
Traditional looking, but comfertable hotel, with friendly staff.
The staff brilliant and food good.
It is hard to complain as we have been to this hotel before and same thing happened. It is very near a clay pigeon shooting range and the noise can be very irritating as it lasts for hours and it is unclear when it will burst in on your stay. We noticed it particularly all Sunday afternoon and early evening.
Closeness to jerez circuit Helpfulness of staff Good size bedroom Excellent food in restaurant Good location for exploring whole area Would thoroughly recommend to other travellers
Bed could have been bit more comfortable Early collection of waste bins
Perfect location for Jerez motor race track. Staff very good.
It was ideal for us, as it is very close to the motor racing. It is a long way out of Jerez a car or taxi is a must. It's clean and the staff very helpful and polite. Have the continental breakfast, there's plenty of it and a wide choice.
In this day and age I do not see why one should have to pay for internet access. The English breakfast is awful!.
Staff good. Cleanliness and comfort excellent. Décor relaxing Restaurant. Both tourist and a la carte menu very good .
Noise from the race track but that is not really an issue given its close proximity.
We stay at this hotel a couple of times per year as it is an ideal location for our birdwatching near the Rio Guadalquivir. Very friendly staff. Good sized room with bath/shower, fridge, good aircon. Plenty of private parking. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent value.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Maria Jose, nothing was to much trouble for her, so cheerful all ways. The rooms are very clean, towels changed every day. Would we stay here again no hesitation in saying yes.
A car is advisable as the hotel is located on the outskirts of Jerez. Meals are expensive in the hotel, we visited Jerez for our meals.
Location to Motor Racing Track
None of the staff spoke any English. I had booked a double room and got a twin room. No tea & coffee making facilities in room. 4 star hotel should provide better room amenities.
Swimming Pool Very friendly bar tender. Good size room.
Shower not working properly. Complained but no reaction. Breakfast far too expensive. Restaurant far too expensive.
No English people.
It is not the sort of hotel where people go to stay for a week. Mainly guests are passing through or perhaps they are there for just two or three days.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and nourishing breakfast.
The direction to Jerez airport was quite confusing. We mistakenly got onto the motorway to Sevilla and had to drive 30 kilometers each way and pay the toll charge twice to get out of Cabeza. We could not find a filling station before returning our rented car. The swimming pool was forbidden to use because of excess chlorine so we could not use it. None of these points was your fault. It was our bad luck, and marred our visit somewhat.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and the staff was very accommodating!
It would help to have the name of the small town listed within the address, in order to assist the GPS locator
A lovely Hotel situated just outside Jerez & within walking distance of the racetrack. Very picturesque. Dined in the adjoining bar/restaurant. Very Spanish, clean & hospitable. Spanish food, superb.
The clean modern rooms and superb swimming pool
Bothered by flies at the pool, but this would not stop us going back.
Good people, good price for standard room, with good open-air swimming pool
Too far away from other sites, expensive for taxi (28 euros while only 15 euros to Jerez city center, not as indicated by Bookings of 4 km from airport), a bit expensive for food and drink but still OK
facilities - pool furntiure broken and unclean. Pool next to car park and smelly drain right near pool. Breaksfast room closed so had to eat breakfast in the bar at stools,. Had to get to the restauraant by going via car park. matresses v lumpy. Un atmospheric, charmless, smelly. How on earth it was awarded 5 stars in beyond me.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool garden.
The price in the restaurant was more than we expected. Double what we would normally pay for a menu del noche, that includes wine and coffee. A basket of bread cost more than we normally pay for sausage, egg, & chips with a glass of wine in our local Spanish town in Murcia. A car is a must
You must stay here, it is beautiful. The pool area was just so lovely. The restaurant really is 5 star and the food and drink just have to be sampled. Room was good and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. All very Spanish. Took fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport.
Nothing, perfect place to stay.
Love the restaurant. Juan and all the staff are very attentive and the food is excellent. This is a real Spanish hotel, in a good way!! Great atmosphere.
Wifi was at extra cost
