The area was very nice The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly. The room was excellent and a lovely terrace. Good parking and a lovely pool, food was very good everywhere was clean and bright. Excellent stay.

Good clean spacious room. Plenty of choice of fruit and cold buffet at breakfast, which was lucky because the eggs and bacon were hopelessly overcooked. It was only a brief overnight stop near the airport so I'm not really qualified to pass much judgement. Good value for the purpose.

We arrived late and the service was swift and functional (a televised football match seemed a major distraction) - but it did the job.

To access the restaurant, you had to go outdoors, in our case in pouring rain.

It is very clean and very well maintained typically Spanish hotel.

The bed was a bit firm but not uncomfortable The restaurant was good but they never offered the Menu del Dia at 12 euros which was advertised in the room. So our meal was considerably more.

Good location for our needs Nice room with aircon. Plenty of private parking. Friendly staff.

The first night of our stay, a Sunday, there was 3 hours (5-8pm) of gunfire from within the adjacent motor racing circuit; this was very off-putting and noisy.

We have stayed a number of times and always thoroughly enjoy our short stays. It is a very comfortable hotel in a quiet location just outside Jerez. We are always made to feel at home by the friendly reception staff. We have not used the adjoining restaurant, it has a very good reputation but it was rather expensive for us.

Nice room, very comfy bed, great for the racing circuit.

Very few staff, we had to wait around quite a long time for reception, barman, breakfast. Leaking aircondition unit ment water was coming through the ceiling and on to the floor. We had to turn off the airconditioning to stop the noise of dripping onto the wood floor.

Every thing was perfect, helpfull cheery staff, nothing was too much trouble, Restaurants food was fantastic. Yes will stay there again

Excellent Breakfast. Clean rooms and a good outdoor pool. It is not too far from Jerez and if you value your quiet nights it is a good choice. I used as a base fro going to Sevillia, Cadiz and Jerez. Gibraltar is also not too far

Wi-fi is expensive.

In portuguese and engish: - O staff: eficiente, discreto e simpático / The staff: efficient, discreet and nice. - O quarto: grande, limpo e muito bem equipado / The room: large, clean and well equiped - A piscina: sossegada e limpa / The swimming pool: quiet and clean - O hotel: muito andaluz, bonito e regional / The hotel: very "andaluz", nice and regional. - O pequeno almoço foi de excelente nível / The breakfast buffet was at a very good level. - É a primeira vez que dou nota máxima a um hotel e já fiquei em dezenas e dezenas, recomendo a estadia / It's the first time that i give a maximum rate to a hotel at every aspect. I've stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels, i recommend this choice.

In portuguese and engish: - Nada de relevante. A localização criticada por outros é conhecida antes na reserva e quanto ao pequeno almoço, foi ao nível das grandes cadeias. / Nothing relevant at all. The location is referred earlier in the reservation and the breakfast is at major hotel level.

It was peaceful, but also close to the centre of jerez. The locals were exceptional, and very helpful, as were the staff of the hotel and restaurant. The hotel staff spoke english which was good for my husband, and the recognised us each evening and provided personal attention. Overll very enjoyble and would stay there again.

The rooms were very comfortable, and just as shown in the pictures.

I booked here for its proximity to the airport, as I needed regular and quick access to the airport. This was stated as 3.8 miles. The taxi from the airport took 15 minutes and cost 26 euros on the 3 occasions that I used it so I had no option but to move to a hotel 9kms from the airport that cost only 18 euros and took the same amount of time I can only assume the distance is measured "as the crow flies" so is not an accurate illustration of the hotels location.

I was tired of fighting with the stress of booking in the heart of a city. This hotel seemed it would be a pleasant and peaceful place in the country--and it is. Also, parking was no hassle, service was great and the facility is beautiful. I also got a very good rate.

Its god place to stay if you traveling by car. Nice price

A little bit far to the city

La Cueva Park has pleasantly surprised us. It is nicer than "average four-star hotels". Our suite was large, well-furnished, and also had a ground-level terrace. It is a convenient location for visiting both Jerez and Arcos, but you should have a car.

Location was great for the MotoGP circuit but it is very far away from anything else. Going anywhere without a car meant very expensive taxi fares. However I enjoyed my stay and everything was clean and staff were friendly even though my Spanish was limited.

Just that public transport wasn't available but that of course is not the fault of the hotel.
