Good position, very nice rooms and ambience. Plus, hotel staff are very kind. The room was pretty cold, and the heating system (which was working) seemed not to heat it that much...

This hotel was centrally located near the historic zone. We could walk to the viewpoint. Parking was in a nearby parking garage for 5€. Staff was helpful. Staff spoke very limited English. Restaurant did not open until after 9 am and area restaurant selection was limited.

The hotel seemed to be as close to the old town center as you can get and still use a car. It's in a great place to experience "normal" Spanish life, with lots of local activity and few tourists. But it was also in a great location for accessing the historical sites and surrounding countryside destinations. The hotel has a charming character. The day receptionist, Emilio, was super nice, helpful, and a superb source of knowledge. He spoke great English and had several ideas and tips for sightseeing - we enjoyed them all. The hotel doesn't have on-site parking, but there is a garage about 200m away with a La Fonda customer discount price (1/3 of the day price). Totally walkable. There was no included breakfast, but there are several cafes less than 200m away for a good breakfast and some people watching. We would stay there again.

The pinnacle of our stay was Emilio. He was so helpful and told us much about the town and the local area. Brilliant English even though we are able to understand Spanish. nothing was too much trouble for him. Ione was also as helpful during our stay. The hotel entrance from the street leaves much to be desired, especially the tattered flags and broken sign on the outside. The entrance is used by two different businesses and this clearly shows. Something needs to be done to give arriving guests a clear definition of the old coaching inn and its provenance. Misleading information regarding car parking however. Street noise.

The hotel is old but well kept and clean, and quiet we slept well the young man that checked us in was very helpful and friendly he would get info from the computer for us and make dinner and travel sugestions the olde men at the desk were mostly not friendly the young man should get a raise $. All in all it was a great value and a wondeful stay for us.

The receptionist was probably the most helpful and the nicest of all the staff of different hotels where we have stayed during our journeys. He gave some very good advice concerning the places to eat and the things to see. The hotel is located in a cosy old inn of traditional style, in the centre of a town that is even more picturesque than we expected. If we travelled in Andalusia once more, we would gladly stay in this hotel again.

El hotel tiene su encanto, el trato del personal ha sido bueno. Ha cubierto bien las expectativas que teniamos respecto al mismo, que era la de estar en un sitio céntrico del pueblo para celebrar una reunión de amigos para una escapada de fin de semana. El mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear. cortinas de baño rotas, desperfectos en muebles, rotos en ropa de cama, pomos que se caen, conexiones electricas defectuosas. Desperfectos que se podrían subsanar con un minimo de mantenimiento.

Respecto al hotel, es encantador, antiguo, bonito. Respecto a la ubicación, fenomenal. Y respecto al personal, excelente, sobretodo un chaval de pelo largo. Amable, cordial, simpático... Mucho mejor que en hoteles de cinco estrellas.

Sin duda lo mejor de este Hostal es su personal, un 10 para todo/as ello/as. Amables, simpatico, dispuestos a ayudarte, lo dicho un 10. La ubicación, perfecta para estar en Arcos, centrico, al lado de un parking, que tiene concierto con el hotel y por 5 euros todo el dia tienes el coche, ademas te dan una tarjeta y entras y sales cuando te apetece del parking. Bueno, gustar gustar, tampoco lo diria así, es una fonda, y quien quiera lujos pues no la debe escoger, pues es básica en su mobiliario. Las camas no eran comodas, sobre todo la supletoria, y la habitación tripe es pequeñisima.

Camera arredata in maniera semplice ma dotata di tutti I confort di base. Buono per una notte. Ha anche la convenzione con un parcheggio a 100 metri dall'hotel a 5€ per 24 ore. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani perchè mancanti, ma tutto risolto in poco tempo.

Hotel semplice, da aspettarsi essendo in una piccola cittadina, ma camera dotata dei confort minimi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito a qualche centinaio di metri in spazio pubblico. Non essendo dotato di proprio servizio di ristorazione, non fornisce colazione: occorre rivolgersi a ristorante attiguo. Locato su strada stretta in centro, dove è possibile parcheggiare solo per il tempo minimo di scarico bagagli.
