The restaurant is typical andalouz, relaxing, the staff is welcoming and smily. Location is perfect, in the heart of historical centre, 2mn walking from the cathedral. It may be challenging though if you have a car, the nearest parking public is not far but it can get busy due to its position and the next one is a bit further - depend how many luggages you carry.l Room is basic but clean, good value for money anyway

Location - right in the middle of Barry Gothic, pedestrian zone, all main attractions are around the corner. Bathroom is very spacious but shower is so tiny it does not make sense. Although downstairs looks very nice with décor, rooms are very blind, no character at all. Be aware what street is cobblestone paved and might be noisy at the morning when people move garbage cans around.

The location if the hotel is nice and it's close to a very nice plaza which is full of mandarin trees. The staff are good and the design of the hotel is beautiful. The room was simple and basic. It's very close to many restaurants, cafes and tourist destinations like Alcazar which is very close to the hotel and the cathedral and other tourist areas. The location of the hotel is not close to any main street, it's 5 minutes walk from any taxi drop off and around 10 minutes walk from the main street where buses stop. The area might look suspicious but it was very safe even walking alone before sunrise.

The location is great, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz district. The room was quiet and comfortable with a fine view of the restaurant below. Simple but elegant breakfast. Good wi-fi. Tiny shower, but it's fine as long as you don't drop the soap.

The location of the hotel perfect for exploring the city, although getting lost in the narrow streets is expected,,, Good way to find hidden bars and shops The hotel although very basic is charming with friendly staff. Very noisy,,,,,,, Our room faced the courtyard, which I did request, however the ritual of putting tables in and out of the courtyard morning and night along with the chatter of diners sometimes until 1am was disturbing.

The situation on the Plaza Doña Elvira is romantic and busy, always something going on. You can have your meals right on the plaza, and the staff is friendly and kind- I could do with TV in the room.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms are reached through the restaurant and our room looked out into the inside eating area. The rooms have double glazing and we weren't disturbed by sounds from the restaurant - possibly because everyone was eating outside. Location is brilliant! It is in the small lanes of Santa Cruz and a short stroll from the cathedral and Alcazar. Nothing is better than sitting in Dona Elvira Plaza in the evening eating tapas.... Remember everyone eats very late. Sometimes the restaurants were only putting out tables at 8 o'clock.

Its central location. Charming hostal with beautiful tiles, bright colors, elegant dining room. The neighborhood is lovely, surrounded by picturesque tall buildings, the housing of the area, narrow streets and alleys, plazas every other turn with tables and chairs and restaurants around to enjoy the evening. I found it quite romantic. The air conditioning was loud and not very efficient. Everything else was very good.

Though the hotel is situated in the centre of the main sightseeing point named Santa Cruz, it is not accessible by any means of traffic. We found 2 live big cockroaches in our room during our 2 Nights' stay.

We liked the character of the hotel, typically spanish, friendly staff, welcoming, ideal for a short visit. To say the hotel is in a great location is an understatement, the Santa Cruz neighbourhood is the perfect location for Seville's atmosphere, within 200m of the Alcazar Palace, the Cathedral and a Flamenco venue. The rooms were clean but basic. Layout of the room we had not ideal. However, room was nice and cool on a very hot day. Breakfast very basic, just toast & jam, coffee & juice.
