From the reception on arrival until the moment of departure we were made to feel welcome. We stayed here because we were booked into the Sol Galua and they shut down. Had we known how good it was we would have stayed for the four days we were in La Manga. Excellent.

Nice clean friendly catered for English needs including english tv channels. food was good, had wif-fi facility and tea making facilities fridge and free use of safe in room. We only had BB & paid for lunch which was a little on the high side. We were visiting friends staying there for 4 weeks, just as well hotel good as resort was dead, so nowhere to go of an eveing if we wanted to, and not much better in the day. Only thing we found was Hotel was not overly warm.

Nearly all staff were very helpful indeed. Rooms were clean and well furnished, including public areas. Free WiFi in reception area. Good selection and quality of food at breakfast. Evening buffet was uninspiring (although New Year´s Eve was first class). Although it wasn´t a problem for us, as we had a car, Winter visitors need to be aware that many businesses on Gran Via are closed and choice can be very limited.

The place exceeded my expectation and the receptionist were just wonderful and very courteous. I would stay there again at a drop of a hat. My room was amazing abd definitely 4 star rated as stated. The room was huge and extremely clean, and what a wonderful sea view from my bathroom. This is a must stay place, although a little bit quiet end of october due to winter season, but very relaxing time to go.

very relaxing, great pool area and lovely staff Full of OAPs and although only had b and b the food was slop, breakfast not great, def not 4 star. Look at dinner buffet and relieved that we were not booked for it as it would have ruined it for us

Internet Anschluß The hotel is located directly at a street which causes it to be very noisy. It is absolutely impossible to relax and take a break in the hotel. It seems as if you're sleeping right next to a highway. At first I thought that traffic would soon calm down a bit but after 3 days the situation is becoming unbearable. El hotel está situado directamente junto a una calle principal que causa un ruido impressionante. Es absolutamente imposible de relajar y descansar en este hotel. Parece como si estuvieras durmiendo junto a una autopista. Al principio pensé que el tránsito iba a calmarse un poco pero después de 3 días la situación se está volviendo insoportable.

Great place, marvelous view to the lagoon. Restaurants were closed around, so we had self service dinner in the hotel. Selection and quality was a bit disappointing for the 22 EUR/pp.

La tranquilidad y la cercanía de la playa.La atención y servicio de los empleados porque eran muy atentos y amables. Que los ascensores a pesar de haber 2 tardabas mucho en poder coger uno. He visto ascensores mas rápidos.

La situación. Está situado en un sitio privilegiado de La Manga con buenas vistas al Mar Menor. Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. El desayuno bufet está bien, pero poco variado.

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones con balcón, baño nuevo, limpio. Cerca del mar, buena piscina y jacuzzi. La comida buena, sin mucha variedad. A remarcar que el agua y el vino que te ponían en la mesa no lo cobran (todo un detalle). Un hotel muy recomendable. Nada que reprochar.

Las vistas al mar y la amplitud de la habitación.Agradable el jacuzzi en la piscina. Inadmisible que un hotel de 4 estrellas no ofrezca servicio de habitación a partir de las 22:30 H.Por otro lado, no se nos repuso el papel higiénico 2 días.Se rompió el cenicero y tampoco tuvieron la delicadeza de facilitarnos otro.En resumen, para el precio de la habitación (144 €/día) nos pareció muy justo/deficiente el servicio.
