There was building work going on in the pool area on two of the days we were there, which made it uncomfortable to stay "chez nous" and chill. It's pretty hilly, so I only went out running once (OK I'm a wimp). There's tennis locally, but no racquets for hire, so if you've only got cabin baggage, no tennis. It would be nice if they cleaned under the bed - we both ended up with sneezing fits from the dust!
Sea view, privacy, quiet (apart from a little road noise). Comfortable bed, loads of wardrobe space, nice living area and kitchen (although we didn't cook); no-one else used the shared pool, as the bigger villas had their own, so it was effectively just for us. Franck, the manager, and Iris, the owner, were both really welcoming; Iris greeted us as we came out of the pool with two huge Versace towels, and nothing was too much trouble for Franck. Two supermarkets within walking distance, a few good restaurants and a noodle bar. El Bomba, the nearest beach, was lovely (had a great paella there), and Cabo Pina marina is also worth a visit.
