Just feet from the charming fishing port and close to all the town’s attractions, this hotel serves a great buffet breakfast and has rooms with their own hydro-massage bathtub.
Score from 426 reviews Good
The position of the hotel overlooking the harbour in the centre of Denia a joice of restaraunts within easy wlking distance. The staff were very helpful, the room we stayed in was a junior suite with balconies on two sides of the room one with a view of the harbour and the other with a view towards the marina
Clean comfortable rooms great access to shops bars & beaches.
Disappointed with the.cooked breakfast the rest was good
The location, wonderful views of the marina and seafront. Lovely historical building, comfortable, spotless good sized room. We would go back.
The Internet was very poor. The weather was atrocious yet the restaurant allied to the hotel and within the same building (but not owned by it) which supplies room service was shut so we had to go out in drenching rain. A small point: large shower cubicle but nowhere to put toiletries except floor - not suitable for elderly or disabled people.
Location location ....
An all round superb hotel
The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting Denia. It has views across the port and is in easy walking distance of numerous good restaurants. The main street of the town is about 5 minutes walk to the range of shops to be found here. The hotel itself is attractive and comfortable.
Not much to dislike. We booked on a Tuesday which is unfortunately when the hotel restaurant is closed during the winter.
The hotel location was ideal for all our party as we (the males ) were all ex fishermen and was ideally located for the harbour and many restaurants .
location location location!!!nothing The building was beautifully renovated.
This hotel is a mixture of luxury and homely. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are unbelievably friendly. It's in the best location of Dénia and everywhere is easy to get to. I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Dénia.
Ideally situated overnight stop en route further south, close to the motorway. The hotel is a bit dated but extremely clean with very friendly and courteous staff. The room was comfortable and the breakfast most acceptable
The toileteries were, one could say basic!!! My wife asked for some hair conditioner, and it never arrived.
Friendly, welcoming, cleanliness, central location
Too minor to list
Liked being able to walk to shops, restaurants and beach. The hotel room was very big with lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Would have been nice to have a bit more choice of TV, only News channels in English. Breakfast was very good with lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee.
Hotel car parking expensive, not being able to park at hotel to load and unload car. As the weather was fine, it was OK, but would not be very good if it was raining.
The room, cleanliness, public areas, breakfast
Some of the reception staff don't always say a greeting when one arrives in the hotel. The bar staff doesn't like when one complaints about the quality of their service and customer care and show it.
Gorgeous room with fantastic views, perfect location. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Breakfast very average, it was a special birthday we had asked if possible for early check in, didn't expect it but reception staff didn't know and no extra touches but of course this is at the hotels discretion
quality of beds, linens, bathrooms...restaurant...location in and about town.
Paying for their parking was unfair since the hotel room rates were not inexpensive.
Beautiful double room overlooking harbour. Lovely staff.
Very uncomfy beds.
Friendly staff and close by the town and water front, with its host of bars and restaurants, this hotel is very comfortable and has never let me down. And of course, location, location, location counts for so much.
Can't think of anything
Everything was superb including the view over the harbour.
Central location with wonderful views. Clean and comfortable rooms. Smallish hotel but oozed charm. Would definitely return.......
Balcony was a bit small and no bath robes as stated, but this didn't spoil anything. Breakfast was a bit expensive so we opted out but there are so many tasty patisseries in town to tempt you. The restaurant was a bit disappointing - shame the food wasn't how it was described in the menu, but again many other restaurants to choose from next time.
Absolutely fantastic location, near to everything with port, shopping, bars and restaurants a very short walk away.
We were right in the middle of the seafront part of the town it was Fiesta time and the obvious fun and enjoyment of all the throngs of people passing by just under the balcony was a treat to behold. On the final night of our stay a string quartet played music for hours into the night just under the balcony. The sea twinkled it was deliciously warm and quite heavenly. Although bustling outside once the balcony doors were closed it was peaceful and with the air con going very comfortable.
The bar and restaurant were very crowded and not conducive to a quiet drink in the evenings but hey it was fiesta time and the spanish people really know how to enjoy themselves.
Great location to explore the city of Denia, close to Old Town, Castle, great restaurants. Real 4-star hotel. Breakfast is quite nice although not enough fresh vegetables.
A bit far from the beach, probably 15 minutes walk.
