Very cheap attitude. Hotel must be having bad times as it tries to save on everything. Payed parking, 100% payed spa, indoor pool 10 euro/person, if you get the suite over booking.com, not matter which one (in the past it was included into price they said). The pool outside naturally was very cold in February. They also turn off internet when people in the lobby are few. Lost 1 hour in the morning and 1 in the evening, hopelessly trying to connect. After I asked what's wrong, the answer I got was "there is no one here". Guess I was invisible! Right after that they returned the signal. The shuttle drivers demanded the hotel card every time so to make sure we really deserved a trip. Shuttle runs from the city back to hotel only till 19:30 most of the days and Santa Ursula settlement where the bus 101 passes (once per hour) is a really far away walk from the hotel! Animation program mostly in the restaurant downstairs, as I understood, only for people who payed meals. The lobby itself had an unpleasant smell of tobacco, so had the corridors and the suite we got at first (exchanged it right away). Almost all reception staff was pretty arrogant, did not want to check us in right after we booked our 2nd night saying they need to wait till booking.com sends them the confirmation. Considering all written above, I would not recommend this place.
Cleaning lady was doing her best. Lobby bar food quite ok and finely priced.
Another good point was kitchen, even pretty old one, presence and small shop in front of the hotel.
