views from the balcony (panoramic view), the pool area and the spa facilities. The staff at the reception and at the bar was super nice.

The rooms and furniture need updating.

The general appearance of the interior of the hotel creates a good impression and the deluxe suits are nicely furnished and decorated. Facilities throughout were of a general high standard. The Spa and indoor swimming pool were excellent. The hotel is generally excellent value for money, particularly for guests who go all-inclusive.

The deluxe suites have a kitchenette but it is stocked with the bare minimum of equipment. Some simple, cheap items such as salt, pepper, washing up facilities ought to have been provided rather than having to purchase them yourself. The free public Wi-Fi was also terrible. It is only accessible near the bar/reception and is painfully slow.

Cheerful helpful staff. Spa Outdoor pool area

Paid extra for sea view, but could only just see the sea over the buildings in front. The room was detached from the hotel. Would recommend booking a panoramic view room. Not good in the rain. The room was cold. Heating not working.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was great.

We used booking.com. We did not use the parking, but was charged for it anyway.

Marvelous view, friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet.

Cold outdoor pool, internet/wi-fi in far reception only, room smaller than in their description, old school and worn-out furniture, expensive and tiny hotel parking space.

Lots of ants in the room. Worn down, in great need of renovation (by skilled craftsmen this time...). Food acceptable but not more. Quite a bit more expensive than what is delivered, not a four star establishment by far.
