Helpful friendly staff, nice room exceptionally clean, good choice and quality of food. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a great little hotel
Nothing comes to mind
Frendly staff especially Sonya. Good breakfast. Perfect location close to the beach and all the resturants and bars. The hotel bar has German draught beer the best in town.
The location is fantastic with views right across the bay. The staff were friendly and it had improved from the last time we stayed there.
the location, breakfast and staff
The location was excellent.
The broken window was not repaired when we complained but we were only there for 2 nights.
fabulous little family run hotel -cannot be beaten for location , the seaview rooms have an awesome uninterupted view right across the bay to calpe , the patio is huge with sunbeds and table and chairs -the food is excellent , they offer lunch and great value dinner - cosy little bar area and a nice swimming pool with a view , 30 second walk to seafront in Albir and the bars and restaurants - great staff -this is our second stay it did not disapoint - also nice and warm in the evening which in winter is important as it gets quite cold .
would like to see the seaview premium priced rooms smartened up a little - new tiling / bathroom furniture looking tired -
Friendliness and locations
Location & that we could take our small dog.
We went for three days for my birthday the day of my birthday we had to wait 1 hour to change rooms first room there was stitched holes in bedding, basically clean then after a bath the water was leaking down stairs onto the bar that's why we had to chage rooms the day of my birthday. Next room they gave us there was a bad drain smell coming from bathroom . And it would take the toilet flush ages to fill that was loud enough to stop us sleeping never go back again spoilt my birthday. The guy who worked there was not pleasant at all. These rooms are far to expensive we've spent less in hostels and had better rooms and service. We've always booked with booking.com but don't think we will in the future.
Very clean. Staff - that we saw - were very good.
Sparse selection for breakfast - and some days they ran out of things, and no staff as such. Facilities poor. Maintenance not good. Most days there was a smell of sewage when u came through the front gate. Wont be going there again. Very expensive for very little.
The views are to die for. Good location. Helpful staff,(part from the lad at breakfast!) Sonia & Anna were brilliant, shame they don't own it between them!
Hard beds, had to ask for a couple of duvet's to sleep on. The whole place needs a makeover as it is a bit grotty. Sometimes breakfast wasn't up to scratch. The young lad was always complaining about something or someone, shouldn't really be working there. Swimming pool not big enough & too near to people eating. If you ask to be picked up don't get the owner, he terrified us taking us back to the airport, how we didn't crash I don't know, terrible driver. Will get the bus if we ever go back!
The views of course have to be top of the list. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a quaint charm about it. The hotel definetly "grew" on us.
the first night the A/C wasn`t working well and so we were very uncomfortable. After help by staff that problem was resolved. The room was a bit too small and the lounge could do with some comfy chairs.
Friendly staff, good location very close to the beach and shops. Lovely big room and bed with a balcony but only just see the sea good wifi connection
Not much room to sit by the swimming pool, very small area, but a lovely view. Hotel needed attention really, a makeover required
Beautiful view, good food,
Needs a bit of T.L.C. in places
The view from the room was amazing - right across the bay to Calpe.
We loved everything about our short stay and will definitely be going back. I will be postimg some photos on Facebook when my internet is up and runnimg again.
Maybe could have appreciated a slightly larger bedroom
Good value for money, excellent location near all main bars and restaurants and right on beach, good facilities for money such as air con, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, fridge, safe and balcony with fabulous views
Air con a little noisy
The view, the location the food and the pool we couldn't fault this hotel
Its a little pricey for a bed and breakfast
Nice view, really nice location
Room was not very clean Breakfast was poor - orange juice was not refilled automatically
Although we marked fair for staff, there was one member of staff who was excellent, her n.a.m e was Sonya... The dining area and swimming pool, were also gave fantastic views. We thought that our stay was good value for money.
Although we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the room we were in needed refurbishing,
loved the view
breakfast could have been better
Great location. I will book the same room next time I come.
This is the second time we have stayed here - we love the location and the view from the terraces is the best in Albir, if not the whole of the Costa Blanca. We were welcomed by Sonja, a charming and efficient young woman, who is a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast has also been improved with the addition of fresh croissants/pan au chocolat and fresh baked bread, as well as a smart new hot drinks machine.
On one occasion, when Sonja was off duty, there were no croissants/pan au chocolat left even though it was only 9.35 a.m. (breakfast is until 10.00 a.m.) and I was told it would take too long to bake any more, so we just had cereal and bread.
Fantastic helpful staff, beautiful views
The kindness of the people , trying their best y
The hotel was worn , rift in the bed clothes, missing buttons on lockers, worn out and corrotion in the bathroom. The sink was glued together. Could ot adjust heating m the knobs was missing. Dor hard to open,
