La Santa Faz  

The hotel although basic was very clean , easy to deal with , exactly what we wanted for 1 night in benidorm , centrally located , beach 100 tss away and all restraints bars etc within easy walking distance , parking was easy enough although the 2 spaces on site were taken we parked in the local mercadona ( supermarket ) although cost 18 euros for the night , would not want this for longer trips !

If you want a quiet nights sleep this is not for you with bars spilling out again around 3 and 5 rooms are right on the street , if your gonna be out most the night , then this is the place for a cheap economical but clean and friendly 2 star hotel

Like where it is situated, easy to get to Old Town Benidorm, and the sea

This was our third visit, we were disappointed there wasn't a cooked breakfast. We were in a room which was above an air conditioning unit, the first night there we didn't sleep because of the noise, the second night after telling the staff about it, it was switched off, which was good.

Location, staff, loads hot water, 24hr service, parking, michaels bar just a few yards away, very close to the beach, clean towels every day.

Room real smal, old, . This is a real basic hotel, But price was low, so.....nothing more. Breakfast bad en poor. Walls in the hotel doesn't help keeping the noice from the other room, I mean, you hear everything.....

The peace and quiet.

Very central location couldn't be closer to the old town shops and beach! Very good value for money!

The central location in the Old Town. Close to everything, bars, shops beach. Very good.

Very small room with a large unusable outside area between the room and the small balcony. This area was never cleaned and because it was trapped between two sets of double glazed doors, was far to hot to sit in. The room had air conditioning but the first night I could not work out how to turn it on so was too hot. I did not know that I needed a remote control from reception as this was not explained when I checked in. The hotel does have wifi in the reception but would benefit by offering this service in the rooms as well.

The location was near the shops and beach

Staff weren't very friendly and a lot of noise outside at night.

Very basic hotel for a 2 star the worst thing of all was the noise don,t stay here if you want to get any sleep.There is noise from the street just about all night if your on the back its worse trafic noise ect.walls very thin you can here everything from other rooms ajoining ,above and below.

Very close to the action of the Old Town {Gay part too]. Easy walk to paved streets, Bars & entertainment. Easy walk to Beaches [either one] Just a tip; Make certain you get the Air Con remote for your room from Reception, as honestly You will not be able to sleep fully with the Balcony [Juliet] doors open, as it is a narrow street & all the noise of people talking & walking pass goes straight upwards. Close the doors at night & keep the air con on low.

A very good hotel and a very good priced value, Breakfast was quite good, infact better than expected, would definatly recommend the la santa faz

Great location in centre of Old Town around corner from La Cava Arogonesa

Check in takes ages! There is very little sound insulation, it is a concrete frame building and you hear everything above below and to the sides. But OK for cheap short break

In Benidorm old town and gay village. Ideally situated for gay bars.

Very noisy at all times, but so is most of the old town places.

They had no parking possibilities it was difficult to find it is situated in a pedestrian only area it is situated in a night time entertianment area

El trato del personal muy amable y servicial. Respondiendo perfectamente a las espectativas.

La cama muy corta (1,90).

Situado en muy buena zona. Buena relación calidad-precio.

No había zona para aparcar cerca. El parking solo tenía dos plazas y estaban ocupadas.

Calidad precio excelente!!! Lo recomiendo!!!
