Staff were so welcoming and really friendly. They arranged yoga classes for us. The place itself is lovely, design wise, great clean lines, more minimal look. Pool area is done well, again with the same good design eye. As its an old building, noise easily travels and you hear people coming and going in the hotel. The location is so quiet that any passing noise is heard. The pool is not large enough to train/work out in - its more for lounging.

a beautiful hotel, well presented, fantastic views. the advert was slightly misleading in that we thought we would have a balcony. the room was lovely but no view at all. For the money i would expect a little more selection at breakfast - croissant and doughnut every morning.......boring!

Poor access for the car, If potential guests have walking difficulties don't stay there. When we stayed there ( 14 May to 19 May ) the hotel was full of workmen, why not have the work done in close season? Breakfast was poor value for the money!

Prachtig hotel !! Super kamer !!! Super bed !!!! - Aanbellen aan toegangsdeur en dan moeten wachten !! - zeer mager ontbijt voor erg hoge prijs !! - zeer slechte isolate bij ramen waardoor een ongelooflijke tocht !!!!

La vista è ottima, si ha tutta Ibiza sotto gli occhi. L'accessibilità pessima, il servizio colazione lascia molto a desiderare, le campane della adiacente cattedrale suonano in continuazione anche durante la notte. Non ci tornerei.

Assolutamente meraviglioso, romanticissimo e nella posizione più bella di Ibiza. Sembra di essere in una casa privata con tutti I comforts dell'hotel moderno, in aggiunta la piscina con il giardino a ciottoli bianchi e le piante di ulivo è spaziale !

Su ubicación es ideal. El trato muy personal y profesional. Muy recomendable aún con precio elevado. El transfer con el aeropuerto nos permitió a purar hasta el último momento la estancia en la isla. Un sitio de este nivel debería tener fruta y agua a diario incluido en precio de la habitación como detalle al menos con los clientes.

furnishings / decor/ building/ late check out/ bedroom was lovely. extra coffee not offered at breakfast. had to ask for another one. cafetiere on table would be better. would have enjoyed the pool if it was heated.

The staff were very helpful indeed and the hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of the old town. It is very tastefully decorated and many of the rooms have terraces or balcony. We loved taking breakfast down on the pool terrace with views across the coast and the city (though the pool itself is very small and ornamental). Our room (3) was small by comparison with others in the hotel and the bathroom badly in need of renovating with no ventilation. Although taxis don't like coming all the way to the hotel because of the narrow streets, avoid using the hotel shuttle for any of your transportation from the airport or excursions - it costs more than double the local taxis. Drivers will collect and drop at La Monkas church which is only a short walk away. However, for this reason the hotel is not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues; the streets in the old town are steep and very slippery. Bring decent grippy sandals - you will slip in flip flops.

Prachtig gebouw, supervriendelijke service, Romantisch Badkamers mochten iets meer luxe hebben voor deze prijs. Traject te voet of met de wagen is heeeeel mooi maar wel telkens een uitdaging.

super vriendelijk , en alles voorzien zoals het hoort . enig nadeel is moeilijk te bereiken , een zeeeeer ervaren chauffeur geraakt tot bij het hotel . zelfs de taxi's rijden niet tot boven .
