The hotel is central in the old town of Marbella, our room was very comfortable with a high level of equipment provided and a great shower room. Marcus and his team were most helpful and could not have done more, providing a bespoke relaxed breakfast on the roof terrace each morning. Thanks we had a great time and will return when possible.

finding the hotel for the first time was extremely difficult. The spiral staircase was a surprise & not altogether suitable for our age group!

The staff were extremely helpful and proactive - helping out with restaurants and ensuring that we had information that would help us have a great time. It was like being at home. The roof terrace was lovely and relaxing - a nice atmosphere amongst the guests.

The hotel was lovely. Lovely decor, cosy and well appointed. The owner and staff were wonderfully friendly without being imposing and went out of their way to ensure our stay with them was memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm, secure feel of this boutique hotel. The hotel was very well positioned in the beautiful old town too which was great. They exceeded our expectations by helping us to plan our trip in Spain, applying their local knowledge and directing us to good websites to ensure we had quality options. The owner was generous enough to give us his mobile number in case we had any problems on our holiday as we didn't speak spanish. Overall 10 out of 10.

Attention of the Staff to detail, helpfulness and friendliness of everyone with recommendations of places to eat, booking taxi's, making facilities available due to late check out. In general the overall ambience was excellent.

Excellant location in the Old Town surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Room although small is equipped with everything you will need.

Could have done with an extra mirror in the bedroom other than just the one in the bathroom.

Warm atmosphere, good interia, excellent staff. Location is complicated, and it might be impossible to fine by yourself. However, hotel staff kindly came and picked up us in front of near supermarket. Also we asked a beach and restaurent to the staff. She recommended nice beach and restaurents. We just followed her recommendation, which made our trip perfect. I would like to recommend the hotel to all of people, but if everyone come, it might make me difficult to book the hotel again. So, I don't recommend it!!
