Village setting, Clean vibrant atmosphere. A very busy yet welcoming and helpful staff. A nice family style hotel with good food. Wheelchair access is not as good as it could be also shower access is so dificult as you have to climb over the edge of the bath. However in those beautiful bathrooms one can manage on a short visit.

We stopped overnight on route to Santander and ferry to England. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming. We travel with our dog, this is a very dog friendly hotel. Nice location, good food and very quite. We will certainly use again.

As a party of bikers, we had a long, hot day and on arrival the welcome was very friendly and the staff were helpful. Secure parking for motorbikes was an advantage. Recommend as an overnight stop. Well located in a picturesque part of Northern Spain.

Hemos estado varias veces. ¡ Siempre excelente ! El restaurante espectacular, la zona preciosa, justo a la entrada del parque natural de Gorbeia y a tan sólo 15/20 minutos del centro de Vitoria.

Sa situation facile, la présence d'un bar et restaurant, le personnel qui parle anglais et qui est très serviable J'avais la chambre 103 au 2° étage! Entre 22h et 23h un vacarme venant du premier étage, comme si on déménageait tout une salle. Suis descendu pour réclamer et en effet... Ils bougeaient tous les meubles d'une salle pour la nettoyer après une présentation. Mais ils ont immédiatement arrêté. J'ai été indemnisé pour se "bruyant" dérangement lors de ma note. Merci mais tout de même, quand on vient se reposer à la campagne, c'est pour avoir la paix et surtout le silence.
