The accomodation was designed for a complex apartman, you can find everything at the perfect place (pool, bars, restaurant, lounge, etc...). You can choose from different services, we can really suggest the halfboard, the restaurant is perfect, and the foods are absolutely OK. Good location, nice and clean rooms, one of the best hotel I ever stayed, for a really good price, I can advise to stay here.

No WI-FI, nowadays its a basic thing..... The 4th bed is not too comfort and we thought there will be 2 room, however there is only one bedroom. otherwise perfect.

pool out of use - being refurbished but we did know this when we booked and courtesy bus was laid on up to laguna 2 if you wanted it

The apt was big enough for us and food was ok too. Good location and close to the beach.

You have to pay for tv... The cleaners had never cleaned the floor

Staff very helpful and friendly. Apartment good with a view albeit a distant one of the sea. Clean tidy resort As to the buffet breakfast we could not fault it from the choice to the great tasting coffee. The entertainment at night was very good but poorly attended but it was not very busy and the young man in charge of the entertainment could not have done more or worked harder

Around the pool was a health and safety nightmare being very slippy but most welcome in the heat

It has a great location and very spacious apartments.

The staff were not friendly at reception. The tiles around the whole pool area were lethal and should be changed before someone has a bad fall.

Family friendly hotel, with central location, supermarket attached next to it. Good entertainment in hotel at evenings. Would recommend to any with family, kids and looking for value for MONEY.

I really enjoyed every part of my holiday stay at the laguna park i and also booking through your website and not having to pay until i arrived there was an added bonus.

Not confortable beds, cleaning of the rooms, we saw dead (thanks god) cockroach in our bathroom and also in the coridor...

Spacious, bathroom is new, but furniture in the rooms is old. Nice big balcony. Excellent location, close to Mercadona supermarket and shopping center, close to aquapark. Beach in a walking distance

Some activities near the swimming pool were quite noisy even with a closed window

had to hire kettles iron hairdryer had to leave oven on and open door to heat room during a storm rooms very basic in block b requested not to be put ina b or c.d e and f better rooms and nicer view away from road beware lot of thieves about las americas nicer area alot of hills would not return to these apartments and were not cheap

Very good apartment - nice garden and swimming pool, close to supermarket Mercadona - 5 min walk. Nice view from our room to ocean and mountains. We woud recomend stay for budget travellers.

Close to actual decent things to do..

Hotel Staff RUDE! Unhelpful. Wi-fi was broken and no explanation was given, just that it was broken and i had to go next door instead. Arrived at 13:00 told my room would be ready in 30 minutes... waited and did not get in it till 14:40!! Not happy. Beds are VERY uncomfortable, was promised a pool view, instead got a view of the main road and a lapdancing club.

All Inclusive jest tragiczne nie kupujcie tej opcji !!! Brak jakiegokolwiek wyboru np. Na obiad były stek medium I ryba, mój 9cio letni syn raczej nie lubi krwi, więc przez dwa tyg. Jadł frytki z nagetsami. W tzw. Barze przekąskowym były ciastka I kanapki z ser/szynka codziennie, za frytki lub inną kanapkę trzeba było płacić. Dobił mnie I innych gości pomysł pani manager, że na all należy się tylko jeden drink na wieczór a reszta płatna ( na szczęście po naszej interwencji zostało to zmienione) I darmowe drinki są tylko do 22:30, a po zamknięciu baru nad basenem nie ma już gdzie się napić kawy ?! tak ogólnie All Incl. Jest tragiczny !!!!! pokoje też sprzątane pobieżnie, pod łóżkami były kubki po poprzednich gościach, które ja też znalazłem pod koniec naszego pobytu, czyli ok.10 Dnia. Bardzo duży hałas z ulicy, co przy braku klimy jest bardzo uciążliwe, zwłaszcza przez skuterki.
