Very nice hotel spotless Caen and very friendly staff, nice touch in the bar having the beer glasses in the freezer for ice cold beer and very well priced. Room very spacious too and pool area very relaxing with great facilities. Highly recommend this hotel. Dave and Lisa

We have stayed one night regularly when arriving in Spain before going to our property on the following day. Easy to get to from Alicante airport and very convenient for our purpose. Some years ago we stayed several nights before obtaining the keys to our property.

Dinner menus , breakfasts very samey. Paying for use of spa etc. which was expensive and should be included in price.

Lovely hotel and realy friendly staff. Dinner was really good as was breakfast. Would stay there again if in that area.

I lived in Quesada for 4 yrs and still own a property there which has rentals in so each time I come over with my son La Laguna is the only hotel I will stay at. The staff are amazing, very friendly and nothing is a problem if you need them. The warmer weather is the best time to stay as you get the use of the pool however, whatever time of the year I visit I will always stay here

The only thing that they could improve on is to provide coffee tea sugar milk and a small kettle in the room so we can make a drink at any time during the night I would advise anyone to stay here

Most of the stuff were very friendly and service minded.

There was a lot of noise during the nights from other guests. First a school class celebrating in their rooms, another night a couple extensively enjoyed themthelves and entertained all rooms close to them. The reception was unfortunately not doing anything. A complayn was handled by "We can unfortunately not do anything about this". I was exspecting something more from a 4 star hotel, e.g. to get offered a cup of coffee while waiting until the room is ready when arriving at 15:00, because there were some problems with the cleaning.

For the room being described as a 'junior suite', I think that I would have been a little upset at the views from the room - had I been paying full price. I booked this through booking.com as I have many times in the past but always for a standard bedroom which displayed far better views at almost half the price for the last room. There was a mini bar in the room which unfortunately was empty ?????. Alltogether this was the most disappointing stay that I have had at the La Laguna

Hotel was ok but you had to pay 29 euros per person to have a swim etc!!!!! This should be told upon booking. Spa staff very unhelpful. Was advertised 3.5 km from benijofer when it was 8 km in reality!! Very dissatisfied in all.

My room only stay was very pleasant. Clean en suite room with fridge tv and own heating control (useful in February). Nice bar and lounge areas. Friendly helpful staff.

Having paid 12 euros for buffet style breakfast I was a little disappointed with what was on offer. Upon checkout I noticed that around 40 euros of food and drink which I had not purchased had been added to my bill. The receptionist quickly ammended it to the correct amount but it makes me wonder.....

Very good value for money at this time of the year.

Good size comfortable room with well equipped bathroom.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Television reception very basic. Cooked breakfast were at the best only warm.

The rooms were very clean and turned down each morning. Even though the pool wasn't open as we were out of season it looked fantastic. Good location.

The pool seemed unclean for a 4* Hotel - I know there was bad weather previously, but there was a lot of debris in the pool.

Breakfast was disappointing - not much choice and the hot breakfast was luke warm. We would stay at the hotel again, but not on a bed and breakfast basis.
