Absolutely nothing to complain about

the lancelot is close to the airport close to a beach and still in a city location. perfect for what i needed

We were very pleased with the Lancelot.Room was clean and sea view added a nice touch.Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.We had three meals in restaurant which were excellent.

Parking can be a problem,the hotel has a reduced rate at the underground car park which is only about 50 yards away.6 Euros 42.for 24hrs.

Bar closed too early

Comfortable room, large bathroom, south-facing balcony overlooking beautiful beach, close to town centre. Breakfast good.

Rooftop swimming pool didn't look inviting. Evening meals patchy - some tasty, some a bit bland and straight out the freezer.

Friendly, clean.lovely food.Good space in room and corridors. Lovely balcony view of sea and sunset over mountains. Good quality finish and fittings in bathroom.

No fridge in room as expected.

Simply love this hotel for its proximity to everything! Arrecife is a great city and we where there for Carnival. I would recommend anyone going at this time! The staff are always very helpful, the hotel is really clean and open. The rooms are spacious with lovely bathrooms. The best of all is the excellent price! Will 100% stay again!

This was our second visit to Hotel Lancelot. The location is excellent, on the sea front & it's worth paying a little extra for a sea view. Our room was large, with a big bathroom. There's a good selection at the breakfast buffet. Staff were always friendly & helpful. This is not a 'resort' hotel, but we like the mix of nationalities & balance of business & holiday travellers. A gentle stroll into the Arrecife town centre takes just a few minutes and leads to a range of shops & restaurants. It is also easy to stroll (or cycle) for miles in either direction along the flat, sea-front promenade.

Good Free WiFi Good Breakfast

The food was delicious and it was the best in whole Lanzarote. The staff were very friendly especially Vincente the Maitre who was always in the mornings. And it had a good driving distance from the airport and you could get there with bus 22 in destination takes 10 minutes time. The best place to have a little lye down on the beach is Puerto del Carmen. You can take a bus from the Arrecife and many people there speak English. There are many shops and restaurants(with good food). Hotel Lancelot is the perfect place for a peaceful stay.

Reception Staff were friendly and check in was efficient

Some Staff in Bar could do with additional (customer) training.

Good location, friendly staff, nice sea view room, breakfast very good.

The front office staff was extremely helpful.

Could hear other guests in adjoining rooms but it was not too loud.

This is our second stay at the Lancelot, which we enjoyed. Good value for money, friendly staff and good location.

a) I was not fully satisfied with the quality of the bed, b) noise of the street and on Saturday night disco. c) The bathroom although spacious and nice, not each item of the installations is practical.

The Lancelot Hotel is an excellent hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet is top class with a wide variety of excellent food available every morning in a nice dining room that is spotlessly clean. The room I had was air conditioned, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The noise from on street traffic was not a problem and the road works of 2011 are no longer a feature. On street parking which is free is possible on several side streets in the vicinity of the hotel though a little effort is sometimes required but you will find a space if you persevere. The free Wi Fi worked perfectly well. The Lancelot is also just a short walk to the local Bus terminal.

Great Hotel for visiting Arrecife. Lovely balcony with view over the Beach, well located in City Centre

Good size and well appointed room. Nice bathroom. Good balcony with sea view. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room. Good maid service. I particularly liked the fact that carpet has been used in rooms and outside corridors. This reduces noise dramatically and had no disturbance or noise at all during my 9 nights stay.

Mattress protector under sheet gave a slightly harsh crinkly feel to the sheets. But I understand the need to fit these. I still slept remarkably well. No real bar in Hotel, but of course plenty outside close by.

Very friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Basic but very nice. Breakfast finished at 10 which was too early for us and the selection of food was basic . Overall a lovely holiday ,

Gym needs updating, broken equipment. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable , only one pillow each . Water on shower not hot enough.

Excelente ubicación en zona céntrica de Arrecife y frente a la playa; buena comunicación con aeropuerto. Habitaciones amplias y luminosas con vistas al mar. Limpieza y trato de personal excelente. Bueno y variado el buffet desayuno. Lo recomendaría seguro y volveré a visitarlo.MªJosé (Las Palmas)
