Nice and clean Room with a good view, if you booked the room with a sea view.
As good the sea view room is as loud it is, as one of the main roads of Arrecife is just under your balcony. The information policy about the WiFi (how it works) and the safe (it costs you 2,50€ per day) could be a bit better - when arriving - too.
Big room with sea view and very comfortable. Very quiet and slept very well. Did not eat in for lunch or dinner so cannot comment but breakfast very good.
Close to promenade and sea
Having to pay 5 euro to get fridge in room opened even though they gave u 4 bottles of water
I only wanted a cheap place to stay, and want I got was a very clean, comfortable room with free wifi, and not having to visit reception to receive it. Use of the gym (the treadmill worked, which is more than I can say for most hotels) and roof swimming pool (which I didn't use) as well as breakfast. I love running so being on the seafront is a massive bonus *****
In room safe didn't work, but I still managed to leave with all my possessions :)
The location as near small bus station and beach opposite Super clean, yet we rarely saw a cleaner and our room was cleaned so quickly . good fast lifts and friendly helpful staff especially Lenora who works in the resutante She does the work of several and very kind and effecient
booked a double bed but the room was tiny and no balcony . We asked for a change and got balcony but no double bed . Food variety not good but good quality . Not eggs for breakfast daily if used to such . Evening meals not great
cleanless, comfort and see view
Having a room with a balcony and sea view through the palm trees. Very little traffic at night.
Not used to blankets on a bed.!! Otherwise there was nothing not to like.
the Kindness staff the food very nice
Sea view from balcony, nice flat walks both ways from the hotel, bus terminal close by to explore further cheap and clean
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was really good. Evening meal could of had better choices but overall was still nice. Would definitely stay here again.
View and location
Some staff weren't as good as others. Particularly on reception
Gentleman at reception when i checked in. I was tired and he was super helpful!
Had hoped for room with better view. Its to be expected as was value deal.
Location to beach, bars, restaurants, shops and the bus station. The staff were top notch and always friendly.
The only downside was the beds, not the most comfortable.
Great hotel, near to everything you need to enjoy the joys of the city and access via the nearby bus station to all of the island resorts.
Rooms can be a little noisy in the early hours from traffic and party goers making their way home. Rooms on the upper floors will be quieter...
The Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at Reception. The room was well presented and comfortable. Food at Breakfast and Dinner was freshly prepared and there was a good choice of options.
There was some traffic noise. Access into the bath was awkward due to the restricted opening of the shower screen and may prove difficult for persons with restricted mobility..
Staff made our holiday such a pleasurable experience . So so helpful .
Our room had no view
Staff in the dining room were very nice. Asked me if I would prefer anything else as I did not have pork. They said they will make anything I liked instead of pork.
I cannot remember anything I hated. I loved everything.
Location, Breakfast, Staff, Free Wifi, View
Gym was very old
I had high hopes for this hotel - the lobby was nice and the room was big. Right on the main road opposite the beach
Bed very uncomfortable - non existent pillow No real parking option (large parking lot with a 'donation' to the stewards) Very loud- thin walls and also on main road. Difficult to sleep
Great location.Good breakfast friendly staff
Great location right opposite beach. Buffet style breakfast was good, and buffet style dinner was excellent with plenty of choices of hot and cold foods. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and staff were very helpful.
A little noisy due to the main road.
We managed to book one of the rooms with the sea view which was lovely. Breakfasts were good with an excellent choice.
Wi-fi often didn't work in our room although it did work in reception. Finding a parking space nearby was quite difficult if we arrived back in Arrecife each day before 5.30 p.m. Underground car park quite expensive. I think the hotel may be able to arrange a reduced rate but we didn't see the notice about this until we checked out, and hadn't been made aware of this when we enquired about parking. Traffic noise starts between 6 and 7 a.m. Not a huge number of cars but can make sleeping less easy.
The location is good. The breakfast buffet provides a wide choice and is excellent, and staff there are efficient and smiling.
Sea front room was cramped, and the bed was the least comfortable I have slept in for many years. One pillow per person, and not very comfy. Water shortage is a problem on the island, and guests are asked not to have towels laundered unnecessarily. We were glad to keep our towels for more than one day, but the cleaning staff ignored this and replaced them daily. Strangely, bedding was not changed once during our stay. Sea front rooms have pleasant balconies, but the road noise is not blocked out by the patio doors. Mini bar and safe incur charges, though this isn't made clear in the description. The over-bath shower was very good, though climbing into the bath required some agility and the hotel is not recommended for those lacking good mobility. The hairdryer was dreadful and probably dates from the 1970s.
Good location, varied breakfast, kind staff, spacious rooms, nice sun terrace, everyday cleaning
Bathroom was smelly, bath quite small and bed uncomfortable. Almost had no sleep first night because of noise outside (2nd floor), but got myself some earplugs and nights after it was fine.
