The room was quite big and well equipped, the same goes for the bathroom. Nice beds too. The spa was one big disappointment. It's in the basement and you could only use it for 90 minutes, which disappointed us before we went there. Once there we were disappointed again: the water in the jacuzzi is cold and it's very small, it is supposed to be warm and comfortable. The Turkish Sauna is not warm enough and there was barely steam. The water in the swimming pool was too cold too. The sauna didn't work at the moment. The breakfast hall was very uncosy, without any windows and daylight. I would not recommend this hotel.

El trato del personal, la amabilidad y preocupación, el confort de las habitaciones. El buffet libre ha mejorado ya que es mi segunda estacia alli pero en comparación con otros hoteles de las mismas estrellas y precio deja bastante que desear.

La amabilidad. El spa. La cafetería Los baños en las habitaciones. No tienen intimidad, ya que la puerta es batiente y de vidrio y la ducha es pequeña. Las ventanas no tienen persianas. Las habitaciones están mal aisladas. Se oyen ruidos de la calle y de las otras habitaciones.

Me ha gustado todo. El trato del personal, amable y servicial a cualquier hora, la limpieza tanto de la habitación, como de las zonas comunes, y la calidad de la comida del restaurante. El Spa pequeño y acogedor, perfecto para relajarse después de la jornada laboral.

La habitación era amplia, grandes cojines y almohadones cómodos, bonito diseño y desayuno muy completo. El spa es algo pequeño, estaban muy juntos los chorros y salpicaban, lo que era un poco desagradable.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. La atención excelente.El desayuno y la cafeteria muy bien. Muy cerca de Oviedo, Gijon y la zona del Anglirú. El agua del spa no estaba muy caliente.

La habitacion confortable, amplia, luminosa y limpia. La situacion del hotel no coincide con el hotel en si (ciudad altamente contaminante.) A pèsar de ser un hotel spa, no tienen el detalle de obseguiar con un tiempo de el para los clientes.

El trato del personal, amable a cualquier hora. El spa esta muy bien, ideal para relajarse y desconectar al menos durante ese rato. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Estuvimos solo una noche y tuvimos la mala suerte de que un detector de humos del pasillo chasqueaba por culpa de un mal contacto cada poco durante toda la noche y costaba coger el sueño. Culpa nuestra no haber avisado porque nos hubieran cambiado de habitacion al instante, tambien es verdad... Las almohadas un pelin duras, pero eso va a gusto de cada uno. Por lo demas, nada mal.

Todo estaba perfecto, pero la atención del personal, ha sido magnífico el trato muy atentos y rápidos en las gestiones con el objetivo de que el cliente esté lo más cómodo posible. Es para repetir. Las instalaciones magnificas.
