everything about hotel

Breakfast lots of fruit and bread choice good Lunch salad bar very good
Lunch not a lot of choice except salad Dinner the same mostly fish, unidentified, or pork and chicken
My family had one of the most enjoyable relaxing holidays we have ever had, The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel and the rooms were absolutely spotless at all times. At first I didn't think I was going like the glass around the swimming pool but it became a very good stopping the splashing while she was sunbathing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and my family will definitely return at some stage. Thank you
There's really nothing I can say that I didn't dislike
Hotel was nice and good location ,clean ,staff nice , the reason I would not return is because of the food not a 4 star not enough choice and very repetitive I eat out of the hotel 5 out of the 7 nights I stayed

Very clean cant fault the maids at all, rooms cleaned daily to a high standard, fresh towels and bedding, restaurant was ok slightly repetetive but one of the better all inclusives ive stayed at. Second time staying, first with children and would go again.
Only thing i would really complain about is the entertainment isnt the best besides a couple of acts, and a bit repetetive if staying over a fortnight.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great setting. Good selection of food.
Food was fantastic staff pleasant room clean facilities good
Room was small for 4 people pool was too small for the size of the hotel pool bar snacks closed 30 minutes after lunch finished which is normally open after lunch until an hour before dinner
The hotel was better than expected. Room clean and terrace was very good size. The pool was a bit small but adequate for us. Food was good and eatable. For a European hotel I will give 4/5 stars. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Wifi was very slow and cost an arm and leg to get it for my phone.
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the cleanliness of the hotel and pool were fantastic the cleaning ladies were so professional and friendly the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the main strip which was perfect for us would highly recommend hotel lanzarote village looking forward to returning there soon
Location was great and staff were friendly. Good facilities in the hotel and was very clean. Good size rooms and balcony. Very quiet at night
Quality of mattress on sofa bed was very poor, could feel every spring, and gave my son bad back ache. Quality of daytime activities was very poor, staff seemed very disinterested especially for the Maxi Club.
Everything - in particular the staff & the hotel facilities. Loved the barrier around the pool great security for young children
Entertainment at night could have been better
June '14: Hotel, very clean & cleaning staff very nice. Entertainment good for kids in the evening. Requested pool view & got a fab view of pool. Breakfast very good.
Front of House Male staff so not friendly. Kids entertainment/sports during the day (lacked in this area) members of staff sick for the week. Lunch & Dinner menu very poor, my son (age 10) daily choice of pasta & sauce became very boring & we went outside of hotel for meals after 3rd day. Wine glasses badly need to be replaced or dumped, chipped & scratched.
The entertainment was quite good.
The pool bar area would benefit from some low level background music.
We got cava and wishes for my boyfriend's birthday. Was nice surprice. Entrance is the only 4star quality.
You have to pay on arrival, all those paper bags for shower gel etc., breakfast not 4star quality. mini bar empty (well no mini bar), I paid for sea view and got it but far away and with pool in front, people throw towels on the chairs at the morning and never use them sometimes....deposit for towel which couldnt be even charge on the room-you need money! Felt like lack of trust for customers. definately not a 4star hotel felt like in 2-3star apartments. and last...beds-noisy and uncomfortable!!!!
Pool area & bar are excellant - food was really good - plenty choice
Barman in the entertainment bar- really leaves the hotel down
good room,good location,good hotel
pool temp could have been higher
rooms clean staff helpful plenty of sunbeds
pillows smell of drains scrambled eggs
Great location, close to the beach, restraurant & shops. Pool area was lovely, lots of space/sunbeds (dont forget to get a pool towel from reception!). Staff couldn't do enough to help, nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean, nice firm bed which was another bonus. Restaurant was varied, plenty of room, food constantly changed so always nice and fresh. If you are half board you can change from breakfast/dinner and have breakfast/lunch, you just have to advise the hotel at breakfast.
Perfect place to stay for family or old people :)
Not many my generation people,I'm 29:)
We loved the pool area and the food. The all inclusive was fantastic with plenty of choice in both the food and drink area.
The pillows were uncomfortable and the glasses in the restaurant were very scratched. The glasses need changing as they let the restaurant down.
All staff were very friendly and we were made feel perfectly at home.We always felt secure and at ease, and able to relax which was exactly why we went there.
I find it difficult to produce a negative comment and if I want to be very picky, then there was some evidence of paint flaking in some of the general area's.
restaurant staff Laura was amaising
Pool bar staff was very rude, one man can't remember his name, he is in his 40's.
The response of staff to any request or query . Look after my wheat free requirements well .
While the all inclusive food was reasonable a bit more variety would be nice .
- friendly waiting & bartender staff - food selection - good location (close to the beach, quiet but close enough to the main promenade and amenities) - hotel size is reasonable (not one of those overcrowded huge complexes)
- coffee machines were disabled during lunch or dinner - I wasn't able to locate free wi-fi although booking.com description was stating there is one - no shower gel dispensers
