Vincci La Rabida  

The room was very big and has its own balcony. Also was extremely clean. The people in reception was very polite and welcome but sometimes they were working alone and really busy and we had to wait a long time.

The staff in the bar (terrace) was appalling. The need more training in customer service. We spoke with few guest during the stay and they thought the same. We did not spend any money in the hotel (no even breakfast!). Room service was very slow, every time we ask for hot water to make baby bottles it took a long time. I think the are trying to save money cutting staff and it not helping because guest wont return to this hotel again.

Location and quality of service

Junior suite with a separate bedroom for young adult child was great. Old world charm and quite romantic with canopy on bed. A most beautiful hotel lobby. Very professional and friendly staff. Hermes bath products in bathroom were a treat. Close to arena and a pleasant walk to plaza w many sight seeing sites, restaurants, and a flamenco show place. Received 3 sherry coupons compliments with check in.

Only that they had no pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all in a wonderful setting. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast, plus wonderful bar and restaurant on the roof looking over the cathedr. Very central for seeing all the sights.

The only nice thing was the courtyard bar.

The directions for driving to the hotel were completely wrong. The staff were offhand and surly. The public rooms were ok but the bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors were tired and very shabby. The breakfast buffet was very dull.

The style of the room. The hotel was well laid out and the staff were helpful

The room was cold and the heating did not work. There was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The hotel did not have any umbrellas for guest use.

I loved the architecture of the building. The rooms were lovely, with great amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend it to others.

Central no need for taxi.loads to visitor couple of days . .great breakfast .nice bar and lobby .enjoyed stay.

Perfect location. Expensive to eat at hotel.

Due to the fact that there was marble throughout it was a bit noisy.

Well run hotel , could not find fault with anything

location, location, location. only blocks from the Cathedral and the old part of the city highly recommended if walking. Close to everything

initially, very hard to find even GPS had a difficult time but once there all ok. no space at all to park and unload on this one way, narrow street we turned in our car to the rental agency upon arrival might note that if you are keeping your car, you should prearange the parking because there is none on site

The staff were very professional and spoke good English.

Getting to these hotels in the old town area by car is not easy. You need to know exactly where your going.

good location, interesting design of the halls and restaurant, very good bath facilities, good dishes at the restaurant.

The room was not comfortable, the eleсtroniс mechanism of the curtain was broken (so, in fact room was without window), old furniture, a layer of dirt in the conditioner and on the chandelier.
