Location is very good for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants.

Bathrooms in a standard room of a 4* hotel look stayed and old fashioned. Had significant problems getting airconditioning correctly set. It required 3 attempts and 3 sleepless nights.

Already wrote to u, when arrived to hotel they said they sold my room by mistake and offered to send me to another hotel .had to argue for 30 mts and then I got a shity room. I rely on credibility of Booking,but not in this case.I demand compensation for this aggravation Tks, Arnold

The food was reasonable.

The room was a prison cell. Couldn't even hang my clothes up so small. Very expensive for what they gave me. Staff not very helpful almost arrogant

We loved the location, the style and the general atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was a good standard. In fact we liked everything about our stay except for the bill at the end!

When we booked the hotel, we checked the price and it was displayed as 112 Euros per night. On this basis we booked for two nights. We were rather unpleasantly surprised on settling our bill to find that the second night was charged at 185 Euros. When we asked them to justify this, the hotel said that their prices varied according to how busy they were and that the total price for the two nights was displayed at the time of booking. Whilst this is true, we feel this is very ambiguous: The price of the second night was never actually shown on the booking form, only the total. I know that I (being the person that handled the booking) was somewhat to blame as I didn't check the final price properly (mainly because one didn't have the opportunity to pay at the time of booking) but we all feel that this is done deliberately to "hook" you in to booking more than one night. There was another couple paying their bill at the same time and this happened to them too. It left us all with a rather negative feeling about the hotel which is a shame as in all other ways our stay was a nice experience.

Bath was dirty and bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and not cleaned properly every day after that.bedroom upstairs with no window(not nice if you want to relax on the bed during the day as you are in the dark and need electricity on!)) no toilet or wardrobe upstairs where the bedroom is, is not acceptable at that price,we should have been asked in advance if that was ok with us.it means you have to go up and down the stairs to get your clothes or to go to the toilet during the night.the main bedroom should be downstairs and a sofa too,and upstairs should only be the extra bed for child or guest.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but standards have slipped. At breakfast we were served luke-warm coffee and the sink-unit in our bedroom was showing signs of falling apart.

Fantastic location and the building is beautiful, unfortunately the weather was bad so the roof top bar wasn't operating, but the view was amazing.

The only thing we wanted for was a kettle and some tea and coffee in our room.

Great location to visit the city. Very nice hotel, fairly new, clean with comfortable rooms.

The internet access is not convenient and travel information can be provided more.

Very noisy in the room we were in (226) if anybody was in the area around us, doors slamming or children yelling were amplified by the architecture. Our car which was "stored" for us for two days came back very dirty.

Lack of information from check in staff. Is wifi free or not never did find out. The tv system has to be paid for, no free to air tv channels ( I think) information lacking. The room we were in was noisy throughout the night

We were there for my husband's birthday and booked the Mirador suite. It was superb - four poster bed, separate lounge area and a huge terrace with wonderful views over the rooftops of Seville to the Catherdral and Giraldo. Good choices for breakfast, but expensive unless you get a two for one deal. Location is excellent - only a few minutes walk to bars/restaurants. Seville itself is a beautiful city and from the hotel it is easy to walk to and around all the main areas.

No negatives!

Great location and a very nice room - parking very expensive but also very efficient and afterall it was a cityparking. We will certainly book again when next in Seville.

difficult to find hotel.

Finding your way to your room required leaving bread crumbs! The elevator takes you to the 2nd floor where you must walk corridors before taking another elevator to the 1st floor! The staff was not especially friendly and sometimes bordered on rude. We had made reservations for the New Years dinner in the hotel restaurant and when we went to dinner they initially could not find our reservation. We were left standing while they sorted it all out. Not a 'do-over'!

We liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were very good, the food excellant and the location was perfect. All the staff were helpfull and friendly

No complaints or concerns at all.

Once you can find the Hotel the location for seeing Sevila on foot is good. Staff were friendly.

The bed was most unconfortable and we could not sleep. Room was drab and noisy. This is a very average Spanish tourist hotel and not user friendly. Breakfast was typical Spanish and not up to international standard
