The central location was perfect fro a city break

A few problems. The first 2 days our room was not cleaned before we returned around 4/5 o'clock for a rest. The first time I had to find the maid and we sat while she cleaned. Second time we returned to find her doing the cleaning.Also although the room was said to be air conditioned it was not working. Staff said that it had been cold & it took a few days to change over to a/c!. As it was very warm and very, very noisy we either were too hot all night we were unable to sleep due to noise with the windows ope. We met another couple at hotel who had also complained. They had a at least got a fan.This seems unacceptable for a 4* hotel and there seemed to be no 'manager' about to sort this.This hotel was expensive and I would not be able to recommend it.

The room space was good, it was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The location in the center center of Malaga is priceless. Price/quality ratio is very good and we got a free junior suite upgrade.

Breakfast was good but simple, can be improved with some fresh fruit and more international type of breakfast.

Ideal location for Malaga city abundance of shops, bars and restaurants, we stayed for 1 night as we were flying back to the UK the following day, ideal base to explore, taxi drops you off at the corner of Larios Avenue just a few steps round the corner and you are there, easy taxi pick up to Malaga airport 15 mins would definitely recommend this hotel, staff could not do enough for you.

We had stayed at this hotel four years ago and were very impressed. For this reason we decided to return . The location is excellent as we have stayed in other Malaga hotels in the interim and found things less accessible.

The only complaint was the fact that the roof garden was closed. I appreciate the explanation of a staff member that it was not yet 'summer'. However the official website of the hotel failed to mention that this facility would only be available at certain times of the year. The possibilty is that some people may use this as a deciding factor in the choosing of their hotel and would be disappointed as were we.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Modern room and very clean. Good wifi and great location. Only negative was the noise from the street cleaners at night and removing the banners and metal seating for the procession. Was extremely noisy. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic location for shopping, eating and drinking - fitted our needs perfectly.

The staff are really friendly and attentative. Great central location. Good buffet breakfast (continental) with plenty of variety including pastries, cheese, yogurt and fruit. During our stay we received a number of complimentary items, which was a really nice touch. Comfortable rooms, stylish decor. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! Great location, great atmosphere, impressive attention to detail I will definitely be staying here again. The staff are very curteous and professional, the room was very clean, excellent and tasteful decor, and the breakfast was divine! And what great value for money. The windows are well sound proofed so At night the noise from outside did not filter in. deserves 5 stars

Basic breakfast. Items in room not working I.E. extractor fan in the bathroom and bedside light ( left side)

I really had an excellent stay and very conveniently located in the middle of everything. Nice staff, fine breafast considering this is southern Europe.

Only thing I missed was a power outlet for my laptop. Had to move the minibar away from wall and unplug the television. That worked well for me, though :-)

The location was the best we could have hoped for, central for shops, connecting transport, places of interest and restaurants. The hotel was light and fresh with the twist of Art Deco in the furnishings. Overall very good and would recommend to friends and family.
