Central location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet decent and adequate. Elevator needs to be repaired or updated. Would have liked to see a security presence at entrance, since it is located on a principal street with thousands of people passing daily, and a lot of drinking goes on at restaurants in the area. But there was NO problem during our stay.

The central location was perfect fro a city break A few problems. The first 2 days our room was not cleaned before we returned around 4/5 o'clock for a rest. The first time I had to find the maid and we sat while she cleaned. Second time we returned to find her doing the cleaning. Also although the room was said to be air conditioned it was not working. Staff said that it had been cold & it took a few days to change over to a/c!. As it was very warm and very, very noisy we either were too hot all night we were unable to sleep due to noise with the windows ope. We met another couple at hotel who had also complained. They had a at least got a fan. This seems unacceptable for a 4* hotel and there seemed to be no 'manager' about to sort this. This hotel was expensive and I would not be able to recommend it.

Hotel was excellent value for money. Location was perfect for exploring Malaga. Hotel was clean and tidy and staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and served till 12pm. Wifi was steady and stable - for the nerds like me out there it appeard to be choaked to 0.6MB/s down and .15Mb/s up. Was just ok for Skype calls. Although the hotel was excent value for money as other have mentioned in my opinion it is not a 4 star thotel. It may have been 10 - 15 years ago however the hotel has aged and rooms are dated. Saying this though I would still stay there in a flash. Although the beds were ok, if you're after a soft bed (unusual for Europe) this is not your hotel.

The staff were really helpful and spoke very good English. They don't mention the nightclub on the roof which is open at weekends. Some noise if you are on 4th floor. My friends had to move room as they were opposite the lift and it was really noisy

All is perfect in this hotel. Modern and big room, dynamic people at reception, price of breakfast. Situated in town and close to the beach, shopping, bars. No fitness room but not easy in city center.

Location right in the centre of Malaga walking distance to the beach or train station The Hotel advertise room service in their brochure, phoning for a morning tea, they claimed that they do not have room service, yet they delivered a welcome package, for a hotel of this level of luxury you take it for granted that the room service is available, disappointing

The position of the hotel was good. It was in the centre of Malaga and also on a pedestrianised street so was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good. We did not like the room lighting. There were very low wattage bedside lights with black shades. It was impossible to read in bed without having the main ceiling light on and even then it was not bright enough. Hotel reception is on 1st floor and access is either by a very jerky small lift or a winding staircase which had no hand rail at all. There was renovation work going on inside the hotel, invovling drilling and hammering and it was very noisy during the day. We would not return to this hotel because of the above.

We felt the hotel was very central, very clean, staff we friendly and informative. The bedroom was big, the bed extra large and very comfortable and the bathroom clean with all facilities. The only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities in the room. As the hotel situated on the main shopping precinct, it made for easy walking, shopping and sightseeing. Our room was double glazed and therefore very quiet, although we overlooked the square. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
