Very clean, friendly staff, good location for site-seeing. Although we used a taxi to get to the hotel initially, we found that the airport bus stops outside the hotel and costs only 3 euros - so we used it on our return. |

The hotel is family run and they are so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Using the car park was easy and the mananger provided excellent tourist information - not too much but just the must-sees. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you have a car as you don't have to navigate the tiny streets and it's only a 10 minute walk to Plaza Nueva. Perfect. A fantastic place to stay! Like most places in spain, rooms get very cold. I needed extra blankets at night but there weren't any in the room. |

The room was beautifully decorated and the TV and facilities excellent. The hotel was in immaculate condition and very centrally located. But the best was the staff. In particular the man on reception was the most charming and helpful person I have met in a hotel! All the staff were nice though. I would strongly recommend the hotel |

The staff was the most helpful and nice people we met in Spain. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!) |

It is a family run hotel and they were absolutely fantastic especially Jose who I think is one of the senior members of the family. He was so helpful especially with information and also had a good knowledge of English. It was a special weekend for us and he really made it a time to remember with what he did for us and I have been telling people how welcome he made us. |

Good central position for sightseeing Granada. Short bus/taxi to Alhambra. Modern bathroom excellent shower etc. Hotel very smart and clean throughout. Cafe/bar excellent. Owner speaks excellent English and very helpful re places to see etc. Parking in hotel garage during stay at very reasonable rate. Our particular room overlooked narrow side street, opposite windows/balconies very close so no natural light in hotel room. However as we were out most of time, no real problem. |

The staff was excellent! They were extremely friendly and helpful. The airline had lost our luggage, and the man working at the front desk made an enormous effort to track our bag down for us, making repeated calls to the airlines and also to the airport each time a new flight arrived, until our bag was finally located. |

Great location, lovely, friendly and helpful owners, the room was furnished and equipped to a very high standard. This was my 7th or 8th trip to Granada and my second stay at Las Almenas and I will return again and again to this lovely family run hotel. Owner Jose and his family are delightful. |

This hotel is family-run and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and gave us good suggestions for sightseeing etc. It is easy to get to by coach from the airport- bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel. We had a room facing the main street but slept so well we didn't find the traffic noise bothered us. |
