The bedroom was beautifull, and so was the hotel, but the air conditionator didn't work at all. they have to work out on their climatizing service. Doesn't work at all at summer nights. But i do recomend it at winter. |

family run buisiness - always someone on the front desk ready to help with any small problem - very friendly and helpful. location was central and only 10 mins walk to town and to bus for alhambra. Rooms were spacious and modern. Bed was actually a king rather tahn 2 singles pushed together as in most hotels in this part of the world. Definately recommend staying here. |

We were delighted with this hotel. It is well situated (just 10 minutes' walk from the centre). The manager (owner?), was extremely helpful and friendly. A word of warning. The hotel has an underground car park but this is impossible to find on your own. Just past the hotel entrance is a bus stop. Pull in here and go to reception. Someone will then guide you to the car park. Our room was overlooking the main road and was affected by traffic noise for all but a few hours in the early morning. This is a city centre hotel and we expected this. If this is going to be a problem for you, you could ask for a room at the back. |

Nice room...one of the rooms we were upgraded since we had requested a full size bed. Very nice staff pleasant, informative. Great location too right in the center of town and windows do seal off outside traffic. Would stay here again. |

We liked everything. The rooms were not spacious, but they were comfortable, clean, and very attractive. The Director Gerente, Jose Lopez Vega, was charming and extraordinarily helpful. The location, in the center of the city, could hardly have been better. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful -- especially to a solo woman traveller. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The location was very good for visiting all the sites and sights in Granada -- within walking distance everywhere for the hearty. Altogether a very very pleasant stay. |

Exceptionally clean, and very obliging staff. Despite not having tea or coffee in the room, or room service, they were still happy to bring up coffee from the cafe when asked. Unfortunately the bar and cafe were not open very often, even on Saturday night. |

Super friendly hosts and staff. Room was brand new, very clean, with a great bed and an amazing jet massage shower. Location was very convenient: in an urban shopping area, walking distance to the sights including the Alhambra. The coffee and the tortilla sandwich in the hotel's cafe were delicious. Overall I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel. It was not entirely clear whether the hotel has non-smoking rooms available. There was an ashtray in my room, but luckily no smokey smell from previous visitors. However, a truly non-smoking room would be nice. |
