Very helpful manager
No catering, and the adjacent restaurant hardly ever opened
We could choose to walk or catch a bus to the local attractions. Easy to find your way around. Very helpful staff. The room was very warm and comfortable.
Didn't dislike anything but would have liked tea or coffee facility in the room. Would have been happy to pay extra for this.
Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness and staff! Would stay there again!
Everything was very clean and well presented. Central location and excellent value for the low cost price we paid.
Excellent service and map with highlights provided by kind man at reception. His advice to ensure we got entry tickets to the Alhambra was priceless! As it was Christmas period, hotel staff provided tips of places to eat which was useful. It was very cold in Granada (4 degrees Celsius tops!) and the hotel was warm. Shower was amazing! Close enough to main attractions and reasonably quite. Excellent value. Top tip- ensure you pre book tickets to the Alhambra to avoid a 7am que for tickets!
Central location Warm reception Large, clean rooms
My second stay at the hotel. This time with my student son.We we were given the same warm welcome by Jose.He also gave excellent advice. There was a wonderful atmosphere in Granada with the streets full of Christmas shoppers and bright lights. We used the minibuses to access the Alhambra and Albacin and the bus stops are close to the hotel. Note it is now bus SN1 to reach the hotel from the bus station not 33
Literally right by the Mosque-Cathedral, which is very handy for orientating yourself! Honestly, even though I had seen it on a map, I did not grasp how well it would be located. I could not have picked a better spot if I tried. Big room, comfy (for a hotel) and clean. Good selection for breakfast and helpful reception staff.
Breakfast was mediumly expensive compared to other hotels, with a hawkish watch on you at all times to make sure you were really a guest. My friend and I paid for it separately from our main bill and always got our receipt checked at least twice a visit, which made you feel a bit criminal. However, it was a very good selection, so I can see why they have to guard it! Poor coffee in-house though. Have a cafe-con-leche somewhere else.
Location, Cleanliness and the front desk staff.
VERY GOOD. The owner was very kindly. EXCELLENT HOTEL.
very helpful receptionist good location
wifi was patchy
Excellent location, within easy walking distance of public secure parking, shops, bars city centre. Very easy to get to the city centre. Very easy to find if you are going in by car. Very helpful staff.
Everything is great.
The location is excellent, very centralised, you can reach everywhere easily. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no breakfast but you can find many places around the hotel to have breakfast.
The best thing about this hotel was the man that owns/runs it. He took so much time and care in giving us as much information about the hotel and Grenada as possible, even giving us a map marked with all the best places. He was truly great. Location is also fantastic, and the room was big, comfortable and quiet, with a lovely en suite. Can't recommend highly enough. Great value for money too.
Location Helpful staff
Jose and his son were incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating!!
Cortes Ingles opposite. Close to main shopping area. Lots of excellent bars, cafes and restaurants around.
Pretty hotel, seems familyrun, nice people, very beautifull room. We stayed twice as long as intended. Granada is wonderfull in november.
In a bit noisy shopping area, few minutes walk from historic centre. not much of a few from the window
The Staff & Rooms
Quite a bit of traffic noise
The hotel is situated in a good location. Price is very reasonable. Señor Lopez, who has checked us in, is very fluent in English and is very helpful in showing us places of interest on the map.
The shower in the bathroom is a bit complicated to operate. It took me some time to figure out how to control the temperature. But other than that, I recommend the hotel.
We liked very much the owner (who gave us great guidance regarding eating places) and his family, including a gorgeous dog smiling like a human. They have a charming patio we admired from the elevator because it was - unfortunately - under construction. Excellent location!
Can't remember anything unpleasant.
The old man at the reception was very friendly. The location was perfect.
No English TV channels - that's all I can think of to improve a very enjoyable stay.
