Close to train/bus station making onward travel easy, 15/20 minutes walk to centre, lots of local bars/restaurants, comfy bed
Room a bit small
Felt hemmed in
Friendly staff, helpfull
Cold bedroom, noise in the hallway from people leaving the other bedrooms in the early morning and from keylock. Uncomfortable bathroom (damp).
The hotel has absolutely perferct location, right across Maria Zambrano station and bus station. Its very close to the main attractions in Malaga. Very friendly and helpful stuff, but they dont speak English fluently. It wasnt a problem at all though. Strongly recommended especially if you're planning to stay in Malaga for a couple of days and then you're going to Gibraltar or other places in Spain
Excellent location in front of the railway station - a trip to airport took no more than 20 minutes. A supermarket and lost of cafes and restaurants nearby. English-speaking personnel, international TV channels.
One-star hotel - the room is small and shabby, plumbing is defective.
absolutely everything was great, this is so far my best hotel of all hotels i've ever stayed! it's practically in the center, you have bus and railway stations near it (btw, cercanias is the best way to get to the airport - just 8 minutes) very friendly staff - even took my bag in my room!
The gentleman on reception was very helpful and we were able to book in early in the day. We had a early flight the next morning and heavy cases and this hotel is opposite the train station. There was only a small window with shutters and no view but as it was only for one night and 38 degrees when we arrived the room was cool. Air conditioning worked fine. Clean and comfortable for a one star hotel.
The staff were so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is so close to the train and bus stations so we could do day trips and use the hotel as a base. Close to a lot of varied restaurants, banks, supermarket, bars, easy walking distance to old town and port, short bus trip to the beaches.
Slight drain odour from the terrace.
We arrived after mid-night;as we were moving on a.m. Near to the estacion autobus.
We asked for morning tea [in Spanish] but we only had an early morning call!! However,I feel had we stayed longer we perhaps would have received it.I would return for the location.
It's location opposite Malaga Maria Zambrano station is very handy as its proximity to shops. I used it for transit and would happily do so again
The steps up to the reception.
- perfect location - across the street from the train station and from the bus station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening by bus and left on the next day by train to the airport; - room was clean; - all in all a very good choice for a night;
- room kind of small, but ok for a night; - a bit noisy as its window goes out into a very busy intersection near the train station;
The single room is spacious and comfortable.
The hotel was right across from ghe train station.
Close to the train and bus station and great price. Helpful pleasant staff. Clean.
Very small room which felt very old fashioned and fusty. The bars on the windows worried me too!
Situated very close to Málaga's main railway station (which is why I chose it), this is a very well-appointed little hostal. Bright and airy public areas, with a little roof terrace overlooking the street. Altogether very comfortable.
I was in a downstairs room at street level. Unfortunately, the street was quite noisy at times and my sleep was disturbed.
close to the station
noisy on the street, car and people
good welcome, good location, bus & train station very near and plenty of bars.
bathroom too small for 3 adults
Staff was very attentive and nice.
Price and convenience /ease of access to and from bus/rail station. Good comfortable lounge area and patio with plants.
Picks up street noise in morning and evening. TV had only one channel - remote and TV controls made no difference.
Proximity to station and to central Malaga. Very reasonable price.
Room quite small, unattractive view at rear of hotel
The room and bathroom while tiny, were clean, and there was aircon and a tv.
Very basic, hostel-like furnishings, broken handles on the wooden desk, cupboard doors didn't close. The hotel was hard to find and while it is located conveniently near the train station, the entrance is in a grotty, dirty allyway.
Perfect if travelling from the airport and need an early train the following morning. The hotel is virtually opposite the Malaga train station. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was basic but clean - perfectly adequate for a short stay and extremely good value.
Location for railway station, lift, cleanliness.
Bit noisy from traffic but not massive problem.
Fresh, clean bathroom. Thick blinds kept room cool and private. Easy access by lift.
Excellent position close to main train and bus station in Maladaptive
