This hotel is located in an 18th-century house in Seville’s old trading centre. It offers elegant accommodation and has a 24-hour reception desk. The Cathedral is 300 metres away. Very centrally located. Very poor service. Rude staff, unhelpful, incompetent. Nearly missed flight back because it took them at hr later than requested to get our car from car park. Noisy staff early in morning. Constriction work next door started early hrs of morning.

The hotel was extremely convenient for city attractions, all within walking distance. We were never advised that the hotel cafe/bar was next door but one, which could be accessed from the hotel lobby. It was a pity because we would have used it more than we did had we known sooner.

Wonderful location. Great Flamenco right down the street from the hotel. Beautiful inside court sitting area. Convenient breakfast, even though not included. The double bed was two singles put together.

The location is ideal- close to major sights, Santa Cruz, restaurants. Great neighborhood to wander around in. We had a nice room overlooking a small square with lots of activity. The room was a good size, quite and clean. Staff was helpful.

Whilst the hotel itself was centrally located, very well appointed, clean and comfortable, the same could not be said about the staff. They were very unfriendly, unhelpful and not particularly inclined to give out information about tours.

The location of the hotel is perfect. All of the main historical attractions and good shopping areas in Seville are within a short walking distance. We have stayed in this hotel each year for the past three or four years. We feel that the standard of the breakfast available in the hotel has significantly deteriorated over this period.

The location was excellent, especially for watching all the Pasos during Seman Santa. The staff was efficient and courteous. The lobby/patio was very unique and comfortable for a drink and to relax. The room was small...I know that in Europe, the hotel rooms are not big..but a little bigger and more closet space would have been nice.The bathroom was great....size/hot water and cleanlinees :)

La situation est géniale , près de tout. L'accueil parfait très serviable et efficace, un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Cet hôtel est très bien placé mais malheureusement trop près de la route passante et bruyante. Le lit n'est pas assez large un peu étroit et le petit déjeuner manque de qualité, pour son prix de 12 euros chacun , un jus d'orange pressé plutôt qu'un jus en bouteille et du pain frais plutôt que congelé serait plus apprécié.

Parking virtual, solo 4 plazas. Si reservas el parking con booking te comentan que tu obligación es llamarles para la reserva, habitaciones con vistas a patios interiores infames. Wi.fi solo en recepción.

Etablissement bien situé Chambres spatieuses propres confortables Bon rapport qualité Prix;Petit dejeuner bon mais impossible de le prendre plus tot que 8 h non servi avant meme si vous devez prendre l'avion assez tot ou prendre & train vers 8 h et demi donc si j'y retourne je ne prendrai pas le petit dejeuner avec la chambre

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, pues tienes la catedral a escasos 159m y la calle Sierpes a 50m Lo peor del hotel, sin duda es la limpieza, ya que estuvimos tres noches y se limitaban exclusivamente a hacer las camas, no se ha barrido ningún día, pues había una tirita en el suelo del anterior cliente, y allí se quedó cuando nos fuimos.

El personal del hotel, muy preparado y atento. La ubicación. Muy acogedor. La comida del restaurante es muy mala, al menos los arroces, en fin, nada de lo que comimos estaba bueno. En la zona en la que está y con la apariencia que tiene deberían saber cocinar mejor.

Ls úbicación- El trato personal. Me ha parecido muy caro la habitación individual, con relación a lo que ofrecen. Rsto rs lo que más me sorprendio cuando entre en la habitación, obscuro en luz natural, sin mesa, en muy austero, para ser tan caro. Se puede recomendar por su entorno, e ubicación.
