Location The room
over-soft bed according to me
The hotel is quite practical and comfortable, and centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The staff is amazing and gave us really fantastic tips for places where we could eat, go out, etc. All in all we had na excellent stay. Very clean,
WiFi was strong, Breakfast one of the best I have seen even in much more expensive hotels: freshness, quality, variety (e.g. special breads, ham, cheese, eggs & bacon, lots of fresh fruit, sliced!). Helpful staff
The bed mattress could be firmer.
All went well in this perfect location. The hotel rating could easily be a 4 star. Staff excellent
Close to everything. I could walk everywhere. Lovely charming entrance and comfy room and bathroom.
The hotel was centrally located, the staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced.
Very friendly, helpful staff on reception, comfortable room, spacious, clean bathroom. Went out for breakfast so can't comment on that. Great location for exploring everything, taxi from airport can get to the front door unlike some very narrow pedestrian streets.
Rooms not sound proofed like a new build, central atrium is marble and hard surfaced so there is nothing to absorb the sound of voices late at night. Avoid room 21 ground floor, it's like sleeping out in the main reception area and if you like a lie in after a late night the sound of breakfast is right outside the door with voices and clinking of cutlery and dishes!!! Checked under bed when leaving to make sure we left nothing behind, could do with a little sweep, everything else spotless though. No kettle in the room to make a cuppa while chilling out. Nothing to put anyone off staying there, just request a room in a quiet area of the hotel, they kindly changed ours without any problem after our first night.
The room size was good, with plenty of wardrobe space and extra bedding, and the bed was very comfy.
Room in a bad position at back of hotel. No view from the small window which had to remain closed due to electrical motor noise. The extra pillow was contaminated by blood. Bathroom was modern but poorly designed. Painting underway outside room door. Breakfast expensive and food warmer not working.
Good position, very close to the cathedral and main attractions. Big room and bathroom, everything was clean. Staff was very kind and ready to give suggestions.
Breakfast not included and very expensive. Our room's window was in front of an internal wall, so we had no view at all. There was no wi-fi connection in the hall.
We were shown to a room with a small soft double bed but were moved to a room with 2 firmer beds, staff helpful but v basic rooms
Window only opened onto an air shaft , not pleasant
Position was excellent once we found it which was difficult by car, without a street number. Beautiful courtyard breakfast room. Clean, well-appointed room. Very helpful staff. Parking available
Difficult to find-perhaps nearest intersection or plaza may help?
Great location.Clean.Friendly staff.Great shower and bathroom
Our friends room fronted onto the street which was noisy and disturbed their sleep. Ours didn't and we slept fine
Everything was excellent
Great location, within walking stance to cathedral
Room 105 faces the street which is nice during the day, however the street cleaners, builders, motorbikes etc start their engines at 6am and there is constant loud noise that the original windows do not block out. I was awake from 6am:(
Location, location location and staff
given a small bed in a back room. This is something we have noticed when using internet booking service. guessing this is because the hotel is paying a commission on a discounted rate.
Great location with clean, large room and good mattress/bed.
Room only had window(s) from bathroom and hall that opened to a small interior shaft of approx. 5x10 which provided NO ventilation or view. Had to keep A/C running constantly (which was extremely noisy) not good sleep.
Well located within the old city ... close to the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar and lots of Restaurants ... the Tapas in Sevilla is superb
The room was tired with old worn bed covers on a less than comfortable bed ... the room overlooked - I don't know what that was ... the Wifi was not functioning and I wish you the best of luck exiting the under ground parking ...
Room was comfortable, clean, & quiet
Driving here is very tough (old town, lots of one ways, few signs, pedestrians). They could provide driving directions in their reply. Parking is a little surreal.
great hotel . all was good
Room was very comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly
Windows did not keep the street noise out!
Enjoyed the room with a street view and the pleasant atrium breakfast room. Staff all very helpful and efficient. A handy tapas bar attached to the hotel is particularly useful when arriving late for check-in.
Shower surround/door had insufficient seal.
The location, and the view from the room. (Available only from rooms 203, 303, and 403.)
The room was fairly small, although it was bigger than the one our friends had down the hall--theirs was tiny!
