The willingness of the staff to assist wherever possible. They were fantastic.

We had difficulty with the noise in the corridors early in the morning and the noise coming from people moving the chairs on the swimming pool deck above our room as well as the same people walking backwards and forwards. We were in a room below and the noise started early in the morning. I believe the rooms below the swimming pool should be heavily discounted because of the noise and, at the very least, guests should be forewarned on booking of this. It was impossible to sleep beyond 7.00 am or go back to the room for a siesta in the afternoon. Also, the rooms were very dark - nearly impossible to see items inside the wardrobe for example.

This hotel is beautiful & charming. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and we would love to return. Perfect!

If anything our lovely room(41)was positioned over the goods entrance and car park so it was noisy.

Wonderful reception and excellent service throughout our stay. Reception helpful and efficient.

Not centrally located but on the other hand quiet.

Beautifully renovated historic building with excellent interior design. Buffet breakfast was superb, as were the light meals. Our only reservation was the location, which was a little further from the historic centre than we would have liked.

The room received very little natural daylight and the lighting failed to compensate adequately for this.

This hotel peesents fantastic style and design. Minimalistic, tasteful and fitting beautifully with the context of the old Sevilla around it. The facilities, service and cleanliness were all as expected at this class of hotel. Free WiFi internet is an added bonus.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful. The traditional building with it's beautiful courtyard created a very relaxing peaceful atmosphere. We had a great room which was very close to the pool.

La habitación era minúscula, no tiene cuadros ni adornos (lo que en un momento dado puede ser algo a agradecer). El cuarto de baño parecía diseñado por el enemigo: la bañera más alta que el suelo dificultaba salir de ella y te tenias que apoyar en el lavabo para no caerte, pero el lavabo se movía (supongo que porque le pasa a muchos). La mampara del baño está puesta de forma que canaliza el agua y se empapa todo. El WC tenía la tapa suelta de un lado, por lo que se movía para todas partes cuando te sentabas...

Il fait froid dans la salle de restaurant ! les bagages avaient été oubliés dans la chambre alors qu'ils étaient censés avoir été mis dans le coffre de la voiture (à vérifier donc si vous ne voulez pas rater votre avion de retour) les prix des chambres et des repas sont un peu élevés

le bruit !!, aucune insonorisation, surtout ne pas oublié ces boules Quies !! a part cela, tout est parfait, et le personnel est trés sympathique

Chambre donnant sur le patio donc plutôt bruyant lors de passage de valises...ou de noctambules

Le cadre , le calme ,l'ambiance ,l'accueil ,le comfort ,l'espace piscine ,la l'emplacement et le petit déjeuner .

Le thè lipton et le fait qu' il n'y ait pas de mirroir ds la chambre et de ballet toilette.

Het hotel ligt perfect en is bijzonder sfeervol. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De badkamer & douche is heerlijk ruim. Het ontbijt is prima en lekker.

Wij vonden de kamer erg stoffig en er was weinig ruimte om de kleding op te hangen of neer te leggen op planken.

Hôtel de charme très bien mais un peu cher pour les services proposés au sein de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner à 18 euros bien mais il fallait rajouter 4 euros pour avoir des œufs cuisinés, c'est un peu abusé nous avons trouvé, vu le prix du petit déjeuner cela pourrait être compris.
