room needs upgrade.beginning to look tired

Good value and well located.

4star but at bottom of range Room basic, small tv, ants constantly on bathroom floor. Bed basic - have stayed at other 4 * places much more comfortable.

Buffet was good and had lots of fresh food. Location was great, particularly for the waterpark which was a reason for our visit. Pool area was nice and lots of deck chairs tho it is only spring and not sure how this would fair in peak season.

Evening entertainment was average. Bed was not the most comfortable I have ever slept on The level of noise heard in the rooms from the evening entertainment was very loud (could not hear tv), however this did cease at 11pm sharp.

Despite booking adjoining pool-view room, when we arrived they put us in a room right next to a main road, which was very noisy and unpleasant to sit on the balcony. When I asked to be moved, they said they could if we paid extra, denying we'd booked pool view. When I showed them the room specs they said the hotel was full. After more arguing they put us in one big room with pool view, which was better but hardly what we booked.

Iberostar Las Dalias a better hotel than the Iberostar Bouganville Playa hotel!

The hotel was spotless.The reception staff were very good.The hotel was very well run.

The price of drinks were twice as much'as in outside bars.Icannot remember reading about the steap slope to the hotel.&the even bigger hill to the sea.My friend has a breathing problem&could only get to the coast once7struggled with the slopes.So if you dont like steap slopes I would not recomend it.Unless you went all inclusive.7stayed in the complex.

The food was excellent with great variety.

We were on half board so every time we wanted to buy a drink the system in operation was pay at reception or bill at the end of the holiday . Would prefer to pay at the bar . The last day after we checked out of our room there was great confusion between the bar and reception as there was no room to charge it to .

We stayed at room 264. It needed very much to be modernized.

Nice clean hotel, good service, nice location, handy for shopping, beach and transport.

Far too expensive, $420 euros for seven nights single accomodation without meals. Bar overpriced.

One of the "leisure-leader" was very good and enthusiastic!

Expensive and little flexibility for guests who didn't have the "all-inclusive" package concerning drinking in connection with meals.

Cleanliness, location, pool area

Rooms on second floor facing road are incredibly noisy due to relentless traffic, impossible to sleep well at night or relax on balcony during thre day

Food in the restaurant was basic as were the guest rooms

the food wasnt brill the rooms need updating. wouldnt class it as a 4 star been in much better 4 stars in tenerife.

No fridge in room unless you pay

Everything is perfect, the hotel, the rooms, the food, the animators. The hotel is close to everything: bus stops, shopping centers, churches, the sea, but the pool ..... The staff there is not much to do, because one pool of ice cold water that no one goes into this pool.

The location was good and variety in Lunches and Breakfast. The bar service was good as well.

After travelling across the globe and stayed in 4 star hotels I don't think Las Dalias should be classified as a 4 star hotel because - 1) Never have come across a 4 star where you pay for safe 2) Never have come across a 4 star where you pay for wifi 3) Asked for double room, was given twin room 4) No fans or air conditioning 5) Too pricy

the food is always excellent and plentiful. the hotel and rooms are always spotless. the top marks go to entertainment staff who work non-stop to entertain old and young alike. gaiton and angelos very funny and kind.

the service staff when you book in are not friendly and had a bit of an attitude when we were trying to sort out our accommondation. the more mature older service man was excellent and your staff should be more like him.

nice clean hotel good veriety of food great winter destination for some winter sun also local to everything you need.

drinks pricey if your not all inclusive but you take your choice we like a wonder on a evening so were half board thus not tied to hotel and run of mill entertainment

Rooms were not cleanest

The staff were absolutely first-class -- nothing was too much trouble. Having to pay extra for a team/coffee-making facility was something of a surprise, but the fact that UK TV was included free was a pleasant touch -- as was the free glass of cava on arrival and another on entry to breakfast on the Sunday (' because Sundays are happy'!). Nice touches. I was lucky to get a pool view room but sadly this was marred by the fact that the incredibly loud snoring of the guest next door could be heard clearly through what obviously jused to be a connecting door. I'm sure I would have been moved if I'd asked, though -- I decided not to because the room was excellent in every other respect. Food was varied and plentiful and constantly replenished -- right up until 5 or 10 minutes before the 'official' end of the buffet service. And when I discovered on checkout that someone had put my room number down on a pool bar bill, the staff accepted that it was not me and did not argue. All in all, an excellent hotel, superb value for money and I will certainly be staying there again

rooms with connecting doors can be very noisy! Didn;t like the fact that tea-making was an extra charge. Also, the fridge in my rom didn't work properly but I was told that since it was intended as a mini bar, it would never be properly cold........!

The hotel is in an excellent location for all the amenities in las amricas my room this stay was great though I know it was because you had the room to do it this is my 3rd. stay this year and we will probably be back in the new year

I would have liked the fridge to be more efficient for keeping a drink cold and tea making facilities would have been a great bonus

Our reception was great. Our room was relatively large with a nice balcony overlooking the pool.

The large dining room was noisy and school-like.
