Reliable franchise, good quality 4 star hotel, good value for the money. Room was well maintained and regularly cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and efficient-The hotel was very clean and very well run.The food was very good and plentty of choice.We originally booked bb, then 2 days into our holiday upgraded to all inc as the food was the best we have had in an all inclusive holiday. Entertainment was also good

If I had anything to complain about it would be the infestatiion of pidgeons.We have friends that I would like to come back to hotel with in Oct, but as she is terrified of these birds I feel I couldnt recommend this hotel to her.It is a minor problem but for someone who is scared and I did see a few young girls moving inside from the pool area due to these pests

Location was perfect, not far from the beach, not far from my diving center, not far from the bus station. Easy to find as well.

We attempted to check in to the hotel at 11.30pm but were told that our room was double booked. We were transferred to Torvisca Playa Hotel by taxi and returned to LasDalias the following day. Where We were upgraded to 'all inclusive' with an upgraded room, fruit and bubbly.

Friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff no matter what position held .. Wide choice of food all needs catered for .. And a big thank-you for the bottle of bubbly on my birthday :)

Our room 423 had a bit of a drainage problem but to be fair you got a whiff of drains every now & again wherever you walked around the town so it must be a local problem .. However the hotel allowed us to have drinks and meals on them so it made it more bearable

When we saw our room we were very disappointed: yes, the room needs renovation. Everything seemed not very clean, even the walls. Bed cover was horrible with left sings of previous guests on it. There were ants in the room. Two twin beds on wheels (!) which we couldn't keep together for a long time. The refrigerator was closed with a key, and to get a key you have to buy at reception some drinks for 6 euro. The hotel staff asked me to pay the amount for the whole stay on arrival. The breakfast/dinner area was always overcrowded with hungry people, who quickly and nervously grabbed the food like this was their last chance.

Animation was fairly good, have seen better, but liked the fact that there were different shows every night even when animation staff had a day off.

Didn't really like the fact that often there were no free sun beds at the kids swimming pool, they were occupied by people with no kids and often there were just towels left and nobody there though in the rules of the hotel it's written that you can not book the sun beds. Also, I saw staff cleaning a pool during a day which was uncommon.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good shaded area at the pool. Taxis nearby. Entertainment in the bar was good when it was there. Laundry service good but pricey.

Overall the hotel was expensive in the current economic climate. It is a long way from the beach - much further than the 50m stated and down a steep hill.

The staff were great right from the start, they acommodated for my needs too, the room was excelent value for money and breakfast in the morning was lovely, pool was clean and great for cooling off in, I would happily go back to this hotel
