Very good value, exellent location and beautiful city. Hotel does not have parking and so directed to Avila parking - just outside city walls - watch out this is a rip - advertised price (8E)relates to another parking site - was charged 54e for less than 3 days.

Nice place. Decent bath amenities. Showering was easy, enough hot water. Had room w/small balcony. Came in handy to dry clothes I had washed out. Staff all spoke English well enough, especially very nice overnight guy. Internet worked ok for getting on web but I cdn't get my mail whilst I was there. Have no idea if this was a hotel problem or something wrong with my e-mail acct.

I can't fault the hotel. The room we had was at the front on the street. The street itself was very noisy at night, not only with people passing and sitting at tables of the two cafes, but machinery cleaning at around 2.30am. I would choose the hotel again but ask for an inner room.

The bigger advantage of this Hotel is only the very attractive price for staying just in the middle center of Avila. The room is also various spacious and well noiseless from the outside streets. Even the breakfast is paid a part; I did not like it at all. Is has a very limited choice of food. The bread is reduced to simple toasts that you may ask to the servant. The orange juice is quite horrible and they did not provide nor eggs, neither bacon or else. The Hotel is not very quiet inside. I have waked up sometimes with noise from the corridor of other customers that were passing around.

Ubicación excelente, a dos minutos de la catedral a pie y muy cerca del parking de Santa Teresa. Habitación limpia y bien decorada. Personal de recepción muy atento y amable. Nos consiguieron cama matrimonial aunque ponía en la reserva que la habitación tenía dos camas. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el que visite Avila. Lo único negativo que no dispusiese de parking pero a dos minutos hay un parking subterraneo y muy cerca también encontramos sitio para aparcar en la calle.

A localização é excelente. Hotel com muita boa higiene. Atendimento na recepção boa e com muita simpatia. O facto de não haver estacionamento automovel perto. Pequeno almoço muito fraco em relação a outros hoteis da mesma categoria e com o mesmo custo de reserva, (às 10:00 já não havia pão para o pequeno almoço, muito grave!!!!). As informações colocadas no elevador sobre as zonas de refeição estão erradas, por exemplo, o piso em que se encontra a sala de pequenos almoços está errado, "andei perdido no hotel".

El personal del hotel muy amable, la habitacion estupenda, todo muy cómodo y unas bonitas vistas a la muralla desde el balcón. Muy céntrico, perfecto para pasar un fin de semana y disfrutal de ávila. Nos sorprendió que la habitacion tuviera una cocinita, aunque no la utilizamos.

Excelente ubicación. Relación calidad-precio ( 50 € hab doble) excelente... Mientras que mantenga ese precio seguire cogiendole. Trato del personal muy cordial. Esta vez me toco hasta habitación con vistas a la catedral y la muralla. Si lo cambia los precios me buscaria otro...

Excelente situación, habitación (205) de dos camas grandes, muy amplia, cómoda, silenciosa, bien equipada, temperatura gélida en la calle, calorcito en la habitación. Excelente situación para visitar la ciudad, bien comunicado y a escasos 20 minutos paseando de la estación de renfe. Personal atento y amable. Excelente la temperatura del agua de la ducha y la presión Por poner un pero, los aparatos de televisión están desfasados, la oferta de canales no es completa (pese a tener Canal+) y alguno se ve con deficiencia
