The hotel was excellently located. The room was spacious. The television set was a bit old fashioned. The staff was extremely friendly. Though they advertise a breakfast possibility, the room was in a frosty period barely warmed and buffet qute insufficient.

Nice place. Decent bath amenities. Showering was easy, enough hot water. Had room w/small balcony. Came in handy to dry clothes I had washed out. Staff all spoke English well enough, especially very nice overnight guy. Internet worked ok for getting on web but I cdn't get my mail whilst I was there. Have no idea if this was a hotel problem or something wrong with my e-mail acct.

I can't fault the hotel. The room we had was at the front on the street. The street itself was very noisy at night, not only with people passing and sitting at tables of the two cafes, but machinery cleaning at around 2.30am. I would choose the hotel again but ask for an inner room.

The location is perfect - close to everything. The beds are too hard - but that's true most places in Europe, so shouldn't really be considered a minus.

The bigger advantage of this Hotel is only the very attractive price for staying just in the middle center of Avila. The room is also various spacious and well noiseless from the outside streets. Even the breakfast is paid a part; I did not like it at all. Is has a very limited choice of food. The bread is reduced to simple toasts that you may ask to the servant. The orange juice is quite horrible and they did not provide nor eggs, neither bacon or else. The Hotel is not very quiet inside. I have waked up sometimes with noise from the corridor of other customers that were passing around.

It's central location within the walled city of Avila was superb. Wonderful views of the surrounding countryside can be had from either walking along the walls of the city or the small park just outside the city.

Ubicación, limpieza, decoración, personal..... es un hotel de 10!! Siempre que vamos a Ávila nos quedamos allí, y es estupendo. Está en zona peatonal (de ahí su situación perfecta) y para aparcar hay que dejar el coche fuera de las murallas, pero en Ávila las distancias son muy cortas y el aparcamiento fácil, osea que no es ningún problema si lo sabes de antemano.

Un sitio muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad de Ávila, en plena zona antigua, cerca de los sitios visitables y de cómoda estancia. La distribución de las habitaciones en el Hotel es laberíntica.

Trato exquisito. Muy centrico........... Limpieza buena, y el servicio de internet, hoy tan necesario............. Supongo que al ser una noche, la que estuvimos. Hacia frio y no nos importó que la habitación diera a un patio. Si fueran más días no estaría bien. El desayuno debiera estar incluido en el precio.........
