Hotel Las MurallasRonda Vieja s/n, 05001 Ávila (Show map) Very good, Score from 161 reviewsThis hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter of Avila, between the picturesque St Vincent's Basilica and the old city wall. The rooms offer stunning views the basilica, the wall and the historic quarter. They are cozy and colorful, with a tasteful decoration. Five of the rooms have their own terrace. The hotel's restaurant is located a few yards from the hotel. It serves typical local foods and homemade desserts. Wired internet is free of charge in the entire hotel. Hotel Rooms: 16

Right outside the city wall, it was a quiet location and still next to downtown. Great restaurant attached to the hotel.

Well located, possibility of a private parking at a reasonnable price. The personel at the reception was friendly. Our room was next to a large set of fans (air conditioning?), so noisy that it was not possible to leave the window open at night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning of the room could only be set on or off (strong cold draft when running). No possibility for breakfast, despite the advertisement in the room for the "restaurant Las Murrallas" (at least on a Sunday and Monday morning).

almost perfect location for our 40th wedding anniversary as indicated when we made the booking. a little disappointed in the hotel restaurant, open to the general public but no recognition (despite showing our room I.D.) of the menu or information/prices indicated in the detail shown in our room, also charged for a second cup of coffee at breakfast, something never experienced before.Although hasten to add no complaints whatsover over the quality of the food in the restaurant

Ease in finding parking in front of hotel. Triple room was spacious as it had a sofa, coffee table, and a separate table and chairs. Balcony as well. Quiet at night. Very clean. Hotel was easy to find, located just outside city wall. The overhead lighting in room made it seem a bit sterile.
