Location ok but motorway difficult to navigate

Room small and double bed too small and very noisy from passing traffic from very early morning. Nearby parking at €16.80 overnight overpriced when similar priced hotels have free parking. Add in breakfast and parking to make stay overpriced for services offered. Won't stay again

Excellent location with the beach Las Canteras and everything the city has to offer within a 5 minutes walk. Every room has a balcony, and when you're above level 7, you can count on having a nice view over either the harbour and mountains or the beach and the city. Great view from the rooftop pool and the gym situated one level under the pool.

The staff was sometimes unfriendly and not serviceminded at all. You also have to consider that they will sometimes give you "information" that turns out not to be true about certain places/events in the city. Breakfast expensive, 16 Euro pp. One block away at a far more luxurious hotel (Isabel) the price is 11 Euro. The bathroom doors (we tried two rooms) are glass ones with huge gaps around it so that both sounds and other unpleasenteries can emerge from it to the room. Knowing all this, we'd still go back there though.

Excellent location, very helpful staff in reception nice touch with the free mini bar, Top view as our room was on the 21 st floor.

The only thing which would make it better is a kettle in the room to make hot drinks.

The Carneval at close by Catalina Park made huge nose (one cannot sleep). Tha carneval take 3 weeks in February. There might be similar other parties in the park ? No furniture on balcony (one could like to sit there and enjoy the exallent view)

Staying on floor 20, we had a beautiful view over Playa de las Canteras beach, brilliant view of the sunset in the evening. Very clean and comfortable room. Free mini bar in the room was excellent. We had a lovely few days in the sun here, escaping the cold Scottish winter. Being only a two minute walk from Playa de las Canteras was ideal. No complaints, excellent service.

Good location, close to the beach; nice swimming pool; professional staff, clean room, well equipped; free internet in the lobby.

Access to wi-fi in rooms was too expensive, the lady at the reception desk that serviced us the first day was not really nice.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and prof. AC Hotel is one of the few hotels around the world supplying you with an open minibar to a really good price level for the room. The breakfast was also very nice with a superb view.

Great looking hotel, awesome rooms. Although not as central as the hotels along Canteras, the beach is just a 5 min walk away. Great view from the balcony!

The staff was very helpful, however the check-in was a mess (keys did not work, lots of paperwork to wait for, the room we got first did not include a double bed)

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly personnel. Very good situation in center of Las Palmas. Hotel is very impressive with its views of the city and the sea.

Swimming pool was too cold to use. Should be warmed up. Sauna was not in use, despite being in the hotel's merchandising. Breakfast too expensive, 18 EUR.

Great views from the rooms, especially those on higher levels and facing the Cantera beach. Excellent location close to the Playa de la Cantera and the Catalina Park.

Overall, it does not match the standard of other ac hotels I've been to. The room was not clean enough. The bathroom is small and needs to be fully renovated. The time queing down in the lobby to check in or out. The staff does not give a lot on information on restaurants near by. There was no chair on the balcony. The pool upstairs didn't look so nice.

Clean, modern, comfortable, efficient, good location not far from port and beach, and on bus route to town centre, but somewhat impersonal overall. Very good for a city break.

The bar area was well appointed but seemingly never staffed even though the hotel appeared to be full.
