I was pleasantly suprised at the value for the money. Many small touches made it a great stay. Very clean, housekeeping responded immediately to extra towel request, free mini bar was restocked daily! Views are spectacular. Gym is small and equipment could use and updgrade but extras like the steam room and showers and a stocked water cooler offset that. I would recommend this for business or leisure. Not really a family place, which is nice for those of us who do not travel with children. Close to both the port and the beach at Las Canteras. Great mall right across the street for late night browsing |

The location was perfect. Close to a big shopping mall and bus station San Catalina. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The sauna was free and also the mini bar. The swimming pool at the top of the hotel was small, but the view was fantastic. There was no toilet brusher in the bathroom. The hotel room was a little bit noisy. The free wi-fi was located in the lobby, it was a area of tables and chairs. If you sit there then there is waiter asking you for a drink. I do not really like that when I do not want a drink. |

The hotel was nice, clean and in a convenient place, close to restaurant and bar options. The gym was working, and well kept. The view from the rooms are nice. Mini-bar is free... but very limited in the sense that there is only water and 1 coke. Intenet is not available in the rooms for free |

Excellent service, amazing location next to beacxh and restaurants, 5 mins by bus to all the musueums on the no1. Only downside was no bar in the hotel even though it says there is one. |

very clean and the staff were friendly not for people coming to enjoy a touristy/beachy area...it was a lot of business people....if you are looking for beaches/resort style stay at a hotel in the south...but if you are looking to stay in the north, this hotel was very nice!! |

Location - 5 minutes from sea, 10 minutes from city centre, 5 minutes from Port and bus station, bus no 1 to the old town stops outside hotel, overlooking Santa Catalina square. Friendly staff. Facilities - my room got the sun all day and looked out over sea, port and city. Good restaurant and, thank goodness, not a touristy hotel ! The pool area was very relaxing but the pool itself was small and only 1.10 metres deep - not very good for swimming - and it was freezing cold ! Breakfast could have had more variety for the price, but I found out from the friendly staff that you could ask them for anything you wanted and they would bring it to you. |

Central to main shopping and business district and also close to a good beach and restaurants. Access to old town easy using local bus network and fairly straight forward road access out of the city by car to other parts of the island. Although there is a car park close by there is no official car drop-off point outside hotel - taxi drivers unhappy about use of street spaces by hire cars. Breakfast expensive but good. Had to request hot food on first two days of seven day stay, after which a hot food selection was provided without asking. |

Circular aspect gives great views. Comfortable, modern room. Decent breakfast Sauna not working at time. Ground floor bar area isn't really what you'd call a bar, just a lounge where it appears you can order a drink. No seating on balcony to enjoy the view. |

Extremely well located for the beach/port areas and the commercial heart of Las Palmas. Wonderful views. Modern, well-appointed rooms. Parking (always difficult in Las Palmas) nearby. Easy to find - a cylindrical sky-scraper visible from all over town! Breakfast, though good, is very expensive, as is the parking (where you're paying for the convenience of its being so close). |

People were friendly although difficult to understand, nice rooms and good food some of the staff spoke poor English and it was difficult to understand each other, also the reception service was very slow - I waited at least 20 mins before managed to check in and there was only 1 couple before me |

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, to the shopping centre, to all sorts of restaurants and small shops, to the bus station. The hotel is very high (my room was on the 20th floor) so you might have a nice panoramic view. It is easy to find the hotel because of its height. Nice spacious room with a balcony. Free minibar. No tee/coffee make facilities. 2 single beds put together instead 1 double. only one english language channel - cnn! wooden floor instead carpet, which I liked after all. |
