The location was very good, being next to the beach, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and the main shopping area of Las Palmas. The room was small for a double room and only had one single-person armchair. It seemed to be more of a single room with a double bed. The shower was really a bath with a shower attachment. The staff were generally friendly but we had ask several times before the sticking bathroom door in the room was fixed. Internet connection was expensive costing over 69 Euros for 1 week. |

The location couldn't be better, although it is very confusing getting from the bus station to the hotel. Staff members meant well, but provided inaccurate information about getting around the area. Room service was excellent, however. |

The breakfast was rich and very good, the room large and confortable altought the sight wasn't so good, the staff very friendly and helpful I think the walls were very thin because we could hear every noise in the next room!however, not so noisy! |

the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. at first I did not go for the modern minimalist furniture and decoration, but I got used to it and liked it. On one aspect the Hotel beats many others, its view over the Canteras beach is splendid. A good chance to do some much needed exerciese for me. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with all kinds of colourful Spanish type small and big restaurants, a big supermarket and tourist shops very close. For some peculiar reason the sheet of my bed had an unpleasant-looking stain in the middle, though everything else in the room was clean. But when I asked the staff to change it they were very apologetic and changed it. Also, the toilet ran out of water one night! It was o.k. in the morning. These are compartively small things compared to the pluses. |

The bathroom was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were great at the hotel and the offer close to the hotel was very bad. Hotel staff was helpful and kind during the three turns. The room's internet access did not work during our four days visit. The recepcionist said everyday the same: "Don't worry today it will be repaired". The internet expert came to my room but was not able to make it work. I have to go to the lobby to check my e-mail every day. |

La ubicación estupenda. la vista a la playa maravillosa. Es la mejor ubicación posible de los hoteles que hay en la playa de Las Canteras.Desde el balcón se ve toda su extensión a primera vista. Es muy silencioso y el servicio de habitaciones no molesta. Las camas, concretamente los somieres son manifiestamente mejorables así como los accesorios de baño ( faltan jaboneras) y también faltan productos en el minibar. Falta información del uso del tv y sus canale |

He reservado 2 habitaciones. Una individual para mi madre y una doble para nosotros. Realmente a mi esposa y a mi nos gusta mucho el hotel. No es la primera vez que nos quedamos en el, tanto en viajes de negocios como cuando hacemos alguna escapada a Gran Canaria. Está a dos pasos de la playa, aparcamientos privados alrededor, muy cerca de los centros comerciales. Es una extraordinaria opción Me ha gustado todo. Quizás añadiría algunos fritos en el desayuno, pero es muy variado. |

Vi hade ett Superior rum, men det var så litet att vi inte kunde röra oss samtidigt. Badrum OK. Balkong OK. Vi flyttade därför till en junior suite på Melia Las Palmas inkl frukost efter fyra dar. Där trivdes vi mycket bättre. |
