We moved out after 2 nights, very noisy and very far from the beach (10 minutes by bus). Only go there if you are on business. |

The hotel is centrally located, near the main bus-station (Estacion de Guaguas!), at Parque San Telmo, near the main pedestrian shopping street, and the historical area a little further off but still accessible by foot. We had a stunning view of the harbour. We took buses to the beach of Las Canteras in Las Palmas, took a tourist bus (booked at a travel agency) around the northern part of the island one day -- and rented bicycles (through the hotel) for two days -- there are bicycle paths and plenty to discover in this lovely city. The breakfasts at the hotel were particulaly memorable... and the personnel were charming and extremely helpful. As the weather was expected to be very windy, the roof was closed when we wanted to sun ourselves. The pool on the roof of the hotel, with a view of the city, is great, but unfortunately not heated and too cold to swim in the winter months. |

good location, only 10 minutes walk from the old part of the city with loads of shops and cafes our room was on the 9th floor and still it was very noisy. There is a sport hall next to the hotel and kids playground and every morning it was really noisy from about 8th o'clock so it was impossible to sleep. Although if someone is just staying in the hotel to have a place to sleep not relax is a good place as it is also next to the main road on Gran canaria so it is easy to get everywhere from there. |

The hotel was in a good location in Gran Canaria, near the bus station and main shopping and eating areas. It was easy to get to from the airport via the buses. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom we had looked new, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent always plenty of food and drinks available and a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. There were no tv channels that were in English apart from 2 American news channels. This meant we had to watch everything in Spanish. This was the only thing I would like the hotel to improve on by getting more channels that were in English. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with wide range of foods for many tastes offered. Fairly good room service. I was pleasantly surprised by receiving a letter and a box of sweets for my birthday. The hotel is located close by hisoric area of Las Palmas and the bus station, so it is easy to find it and get around. I had the room on the 9th floor and really enjoyed the seaview. Hotel is a bit old and poorly insulated. It is located close to the main highway and the cars passing by cause loud noise, it is impossible to sleep with an open window. I had broken shower, but hopefully they were able to fix it next day. There is no minibar, but there is a place for it and the little fridge is old and not very clean. I would suggest they remove it or change to a new one. The hotel is quite a long distance away from the beaches |

The stay was okay, location near the Triana and the view was great. We were a bit dissapointed that room service was so limited. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpfull. We were however very surprized that so many of them only spoke Spanish. The baby cot was free of charge, which was nice. It would be great if the staff could speak more English and room service be more flexible. |

Se ha quedado muy anticuado, necesitaría una reforma. La ubicación para mí fue buena porque iba de viaje de trabajo y estaba muy cerca de donde iba, pero para vacaciones no es buena (enfrente del mar, pero sin playa cercana). |
