Las Ramblas Apartments III

Location, size of the apartment.

Very used furniture and interior, it's totally different from the pictures can be found on the website, contaminated walls (in need of a re-paint), no carpet, some strange smell and dust in the whole apartment, noises easily come over the neighborhood.

location, beds were comfortable, nice kitchen staff tried to be responsive to issues-very pleasant

smelled strongly of fish, sofabed was broken and couldn't sleep 2, dirty- stained sofa and lots of crumbs on living room floor

Location was perfect.

Apartment was badly maintained e.g. dining table and sofa bed was dirty when we open up the bed. No instructions were given when using washing machine and heater within the room.

The spacious apartment and friendly staff. Location pretty handy as well. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Location - very conveniently located for city centre, tourist attractions and transfer to and from the airport. Well sized apartment, clean bathrooms, competitive price

Condition of the apartment completely different to what shown on the photographs on booking.com. Furniture dated, squeaky beds, wafer thin matresses, dirty bed sheets, filthy and old duvets. Barely adequate lights in the living room, poor signal free wi-fi, always cutting out

Location was great- so central, although a little noisy at night. The 2 double bed apt also had a little 3rd single box room which was ideal fir our son & the double sofa bed was like a real bed- comfy and a decent size. The apartment was clean a good size and airy Next to small supermarket and short walk up la r to big Carrefour

92 steps up!!! There was a small lift for luggage or 1 person though!! Knobs on the oven had broken off making it hard to guess heat of hobs. The bathroom and kitchen were adequate but basic- the shower was ok but not very good- leaked at the wall The apartment was a little noisy- but only to be expected as it was on las ramblas

Location was good, beds were comfortable, quiet.

The online description and photos were totally misleading and deceptive. The apartments are a mere shell of what appears on the website. There was no washing machine, a poorly equipped kitchen (no chopping board or knife, no serving bowls or platters), no music system, an old rear-projection TV, no towel rails, no toilet soap on arrival, a broken lounge, almost no paintings, no bookshelves or pretty candleholders, no drawers or shelves so you couldn't unpack your bags, an iron but no ironing board. It was dark and shabby. The wifi kept cutting out. One shower had no shower screen so the toilet got wet and the floor got soaked and there was no drainage hole in the bathroom. Our towels were always sodden. Don't even think about cooking or relaxing in this apartment. It is passable if you stay just one night and only need a bed but if you plan to be there for more than a few days and cook your own meals, go somewhere else.

Great location, just a few flats. 3 room apartment is perfect and comfortable for 2 families or 3/4 couples. Fully equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, electro cooker, conditioners, full set of tableware.

Noisy street with bus lane, traffic almost 24h, safe is small (A5) was locked by previous guests, it was not unlocked during 3 days we stayed. Small fridge. No hangs for towels in bathrooms. Apartment had dusty floor and sofa looked really used. Big and modern, but only one TV (in common area).

The location of the apartment is excellent.

I suggest if possible to renovate the apartment.

The position was perfect to live in Barcelona. We found everithing we needed.

Last day we have offered by mail ( Ms. Carolina) for extended Check out until 15:00 without extra cost, what is big advantage due our departure time at 18:00. Thanks a lot for this hospitality. Ramblas III / 2 apartment and equipments was very good, including 2 nice double Rooms and 2 clean and bright Bathroom. Location is also very good : close to pl.Catalonia and Cathedral. Finally , we have to say : Everything finished in good way at the end. Best regards Danko Paparela

. This booking cause some doubt because there is not state exactly which floor and which positions is chosen apartment Ramblas iii . Also , first night we have to stay to other apartment , about 1.5 km from Ramblas iii. Agent promised to arrange transfer , but after keys delivery we have to call and pay for Taxi. Arriving in r iii , we have to change again apartment because of mistake . Finally in r iii , Wi Fi has not access until next day. We have spent additional money for mob roaming. Only TV set is and Sat programs are disappointed and to be improoved. Finally , we have to say : Everything finished in good way at the end. Best regards Danko Paparela

het gedoe met de sleutels ophalen en dat er geen mogelijkheid is de bagage ter plekke te stallen

Милые, уютные апартаменты. 3 небольшие спальные комнаты, зал, кухня, 2 ванных. Прекрасное месторасположение, рядом продуктовые магазины и все гуляльные достопримечательности.

Вода в душе частенько была весьма прохладная. Wifi работает через раз ))) электричество периодически отключается - видимо, это экономия

Uns hat nur die lage mitten in der Stadt gefallen.

Das Appartment war überall sehr dreckig. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Türe von Waschmaschine ging nicht auf,alles probeert. Sehr laut wenn noch andere Leute im Haus sind. Internet WO. Einmal NICHT wieder in Las Ramblas Apartments 111

Удачное место для путешествия по городу. Достаточно комфортные условия проживания. Отличное сочетание цена-качество.

Estado conservação (tem muito pouco ou nada a ver com as fotos) / State conservation (has little or nothing to do with the photos) Falta de cuidados na manutenção (primeiro dia sem eletricidade nas tomadas, sem televisão, sem luz no teto da sala, roupa de cama insuficiente para o nº de ocupantes reservado, etc…) / Lack of care in the maintenance (first day without electricity outlets, no television, no light on the ceiling of the room, bedding insufficient for the number of occupants booked, etc ...) Апартамента е в центъра на Барселона много близо до Площад Каталуня ,в близост до спирки на метро ,туристически автобуси и градски транспорт. Има пълно кухненско обзавеждане и топла вода.

Мебелите са малко остарели и похабени от експлоатация.

Ottima posizione, staff cordiale, appartamento spazioso ma da migliorare nella manutenzione (pareti scrostate, letti con reti un pó molli, infissi da sistemare e assenza di riscaldamento). Tuttavia è una struttura certamente da consigliare, specie per famiglie in vacanza

l'acqua calca è sufficente per 3 - 4 persone.

Posizione ottima vicino al centro alla ramblas, mi ha deluso Barcellona per la qualita' della gente sono stato derubato fortunamente non in casa.Sicuramente non andro' piu' a Barcellona

La complexité pou récupèrent les clés. Pas un mot de français de la réceptionniste .
