Giralda Suites  

Geweldige ligging met vanaf 'ons' appartement uitzicht op de Giralda. Die lag om de hoek en toch is het appartement rustig gelegen. Ruime woonkamer en slaapkamers. Keuken een beetje krap maar wie eet er hartje Sevillia nu in het eigen appartement....

De badkamer van ons appartement was erg krap.In de badkamer was het onmogelijk ergens anders dan op de grond of de wc een toilettas oid neer te zetten. Leuk zo'n inloopdouche maar lastig als het water zelfs de badkamer uit loopt. Een minpunt.

Mooi, zeer ruim appartement. Alles is superschoon. De ligging is perfect; vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Een echte aanrader!

The location of the apartment could not be better, less than 100 meters from the exit to the Cathedral, and within easy walking distance to the Alcazar, old town, shopping areas, and Plaza Nueva. The apartment was spacious, with a large rooftop patio. Furnishings were good, and bathroom looked to have been recently renovated. Of note, the second bedroom is lofted above the kitchen with an open stairwell; our kids had no problems staying off the stairs, but it may be of concern to other parents with young children, or who want to have a second truly private bedroom.

There is no easy spot to park a car to unload luggage near the hotel, and the drive in is rather challenging, down numerous narrow pedestrianized roads. The hotel arranged parking, but it was several blocks away in a very tight private garage, so it's not an ideal situation if you have a rental car.

We received a very friendly welcome from Angela who was waiting to greet us at the agreed time and showed us to our apartment. Both she and her colleague Eva who we met later are so pleasant and cannot do enough to help their guests. Both of them speak perfect English, so no communication issues. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but were offered the chance to upgrade to a 2 bedroom penthouse with roof terrace for a reduced rate, and having seen the lovely terrace with a great view of the Giralda it was an easy decision to make. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is wonderful, so convenient but at the same time exceptionally quiet as the apartments are tucked away behind Calle Hernando Colon so no noise from traffic or early morning revellers. We appreciated the flexible attitude to check- in and check-out times as we were able to check in a couple of hours before the stated time and to keep the apartment a couple of hours longer than the stated check-out time, with no extra charges.

Only a couple of minor irritations - the roof terrace didn't appear to have been swept as there were cigarette ends on the floor and a full ashtray. We found the location of the fridge a little awkward as to reach into it involved bending down under the staircase and it was easy to bang your head when straightening up. Some insect spray would have been useful as there were miniscule black insects in the bathroom, possibly due to the exceptionally wet weather Seville had had prior to our stay.

Giralda suites in in the heart of the town, close to the main tourist attractions.

Giralda Suites provided us with the perfect accomodation whilst in Seville. The location is ideal - only a few metres away from the cathedral - virtually no walk to the main sights so no time wasted. The apartments (we stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our time in Spain) are spacious, well designed and clean. Eva is very knowledgable and helpful if you have any questions about Seville.

Nothing - perfect!

Very spacious for families, comfortable beds, close to everything we visited.

Bathrooms were ok. Had no water for half day. Towels were not replenished when requested. Not enough towels for a family of 5. Never received extra towels despite asking. Owner was readily available at times by email (we did not have international calling) so that was good. She never replied to our email about hotel/apartment recommendations for our next town although in person she said she had many suggestions and would email them. Also we had emailed an approximate time of arrival since she needed that info to be on property. We arrived 15 minutes later than the arrival time we stated and had to wait 20 minutes outside the hotel for her. She said she had been waiting for us for over an hour and stepped away. One another day, we witnessed another poor family waiting on her when we returned from our day out and let them and luggage in so they could wait in the lobby.

Excellent location for city break, shopping and night life. Apartment is well equipped with enough living and storage space. Very interesting interior design fits perfectly with city history and makes you feel like moved back to Medieval time.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from the cathedral. In a small alley off the main street so really quiet. Eva met us and was so helpful with suggestions of restauants and important sights. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Right in the middle of Seville it's walking distance to everything. If you get one of the upstairs apartments there is a terrace which looks out over the cathedral. Air conditioning was brilliant (38 degrees c during the day when we were there) as were the recommendations for restaurants. Great value for money.

We loved the location, it's right in the city center, next to the cathedral. We loved the terrace with the view to Giralda... The decoration inside the apartment is very nice, and also everything was very clean.

We have two small childern, so the fact that there is a stairway to the 2nd room which has no protection was a concern. Also, we were expecting the apartment to be cleaned on a daily basis but it wasn'T.

Eva, our host, was spectacular and made every effort to ensure that our visit to comfortable and enjoyable. She was very helpful in providing directions, making recommendations for things to see and do, securing reservations... The location of the apartment is perfect - walking distance to everything. We look forward to staying again.

Ubicación y servicio excelente del personal

Las escaleras que subían a la parte superior no tenían pasarela y era muy peligroso tanto para los niños como también para adultos

Excellente situation, propreté, calme, confort, équipement.

Dommage que l'appartement en rez-de-chaussée soit sombre. Nous aurions aimé que l'on nous montre le système de chauffage.

Posizione eccellente staff perfetto appartamento ottimo pulito posizione incredibile, non c'è bisogno di usare la propria auto e' tutto a portata di mano , che dire ? Lo consigliamo sicuramente

- la situation, en plein de coeur du centre, à deux pas de la cathédrale - l'appartement, moderne et agréable, calme

- la literie, pas très confortable, y compris dans le lit bébé - les accessoires de cuisine, insuffisants (pas de cafetière par exemple) - la luminosité, insuffisante

Son unos apartamentos situados en pleno centro de Sevilla a 50 metros de la Giralda-Catedral. Muy modernos y con todo tipo de servicios.

L'appartement est sympa et fonctionnel.L'emplacement est idéal car à proximité immédiate de la cathédrale, du Réal Alcazar. Je conseille de prendre un ticket de bus Citysightseeing (bus rouge) en vente juste à coté car il est valable deux jours et permets la visite gratuite (cathédrale) ou à prix réduits de nombreux monuments. Le tram est à 150m conduit à la Place d'Espagne et à un arrêt bus rouge. Un bar à tapas typique à ne pas manquer est à 50m : Ovejas Negras. Accueil très chaleureux de la responsable Eva qu'il vaut mieux prévenir quelques heures avant votre arrivée car il n'y a personne sur place.

Nous étions au rez de chaussée à droite. Cet appartement est malheureusement très sombre et les couleurs sont loin d'être aussi chaudes et franches que sur les photos de présentation. Pour quelques dizaines d'Euros de plus, demandez celui disposant de la terrasse et dans les tons rouges ou bleus. La télé par satellite ne diffuse aucune chaine française
