Too hard bed for me, not for my wife. Only curtain closing off the bathroom, I prefer a door. The breakfast was much too expensive at 9 Euro

It's a nice hotel with exellent location and veiw. Clean and quiet.

A hairdryer wasn't in our room. Also the room was battle-scarred.

(5) No security deposit box * If you prioritize location and view and not require comfortableness of your stay much, I recommend this hotel (only rooms facing Plaza del Pilar).

It's tasteful and fun place to stay. We had a room with view of El Pilar - awesome to wake up to the tolling bells.

The Hotel was amazing and the staff where very helpful. Rooms always very clean like the rest of the hotel. Good WIFI Connection & great location. Recommended to everyone.

Breakfast continental only, would have loved some bacon, eggs & sausages in the morning. Bed was a bit too stiff for my liking's.

Location - our room had stunning view of the cathedral/Basilica. Also a late check-out was available (for €20) as our flight wasn't until 820pm

There is a lot of furniture in the room and you need to ask at reception for a hairdryer but neither of these points are really an issue

The location is unbelievable, it's right in the square opposite the main cathedral.

Our stay was absolutely great. We had three french doors and a window in our room looking at el pilar and la seo cathedrals which are amazing. Our room also had a jacuzzi in it but there was also a spa where there's a steam room, sauna and another jacuzzi. the location is very good if you are happy to walk.

The location, directly on the square across from the Cathedral was excellent.

There was no information available on the website telling us which public parking lot to use to obtain the hotel discount.

Location is incredible - right in the main square and with a truly amazing of the city's two cathedrals. Free wifi (access code is on check in card).

Hotel was obviously recently updated but the rooms are beginning to show a rather high level of wear and tear - could definitely use a coat of paint and some small repairs. The wear and tear certainly detracts from the overall 'design' feel. No parking. Public parking is available nearby - at a car park under the main square (literally under the hotel). Rates are €17/night. No iron, kettle, or extra pillows - not necessarily negatives, just things to be aware of.

The best location in Zaragoza, situated in the main square, overlooking the basilica. Tha view from our room was fantastic, with French doors opening out to a small balcony.

It has the best location. If you want to have a nice view at the central plaza and to the Cathedral ask for a room at that side of the building. You will pay 6€ extra but you won´t regret it. And i recommend you to ask a room at the superior floors to have a better view.

You don´t have a free parking spot, but they have an agreement with the city hall and you can park at 10 meters from the hotel. They will charge you 17€/day but your car will be safe and very close. It´s your decision. :)

In the center of Zaragoza, on the main square, the entrance 25 yards from the exit of the municipal parking garage. We were welcomed very enthusiastically.

The layout of the bathroom is a bit of a misser: If you sit on the toilet, your face is above the wash basin. In the morning, the reception clerk was too busy on the phone to answer a simple question from one of our party.

Excellent location on the Plaza del Pilar with stunning views of the Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar and La Seo from the room balcony. Easy walking distance to most of the museums and "El Tubo" (a concentration of tapas bars in the old city). Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean comfortable room with a hydromassage shower and a lovely chandelier. Eccentric classic American film themed decor. Bargain price.

The hotel only has an arrangement with one of the municipal parking garages. Make sure you determine which to avoid high parking costs.

Location was excellent - very convenient for all local attractions. Hotel was quiet and private.

No desk in the room, so difficult to do any work on laptop

Room facilities are poor - rooms do not have mini-bar, nor desk, nor wardrobe, and the bad is too short. Also wi-fi in the room almost didn't work. I wonder, how the hotel could get three stars.

- hotel is located in the main square of Saragossa, - great view from window, - really beautiful receptionist, - funny paintings on the walls.

- hotel looks like a design one, but in fact is old and just painted a bit, - horrible bathroom (smelled bad) but had a fancy shower place (with some kind of massage) - it didn't help to make the place cleaner a bit, - no proper aircondition - with 43,5C outside it is a must, - no room bar - no space for a fridge probably, - very small room.

Perfect location near most of the sights. Friendly staff. Quirky, fun decor.
