Perfect Breakfast !!! Location: near the beach, near enough to walk every day to port and old town. Staff in the Reception Room and in the dinning room excellent. Special thx for man in the Reception room who gave us room morning when we arrived( we didn't have to wait up to afternoon) and these man who printed our bording pass:)

Noise from the street, but still I think that it was the best hotel in the area.

Location, close to beach. Its a pleasant 20 min walk into centre along the prom. Good bus service.

Breakfast was average not an egg to be seen any day.

The staff were lovely and always welcoming.It was very clean.Internet could be used in different areas.At breakfast you had a choice of what you wanted to eat.There was no cooked food but for me that was not a problem.From the Hotel you can walk into malaga through the lovely gardens or catch the bus for 1.30 euros.You can always book a taxi from reception if you feel the need. Malaga is a lovely place there are museums, shops, cafes,Walks. Across from the Hotel you can go on the beach or use the hotel pool.There are lots of choices. My experience of the Hotel and Malaga was a good one.I Shall return.

The location is good. The room faced the sea and it was very clean. The food was good.

The room was decorated recently so that the smell is terrible. The whole room smells bad.

Room was nice with balcony and sea view. Clean and spacious. However, lacked tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were very nice. The location lacked pubs and and eating places(English/Irish).

No sea view from our room. Not the hotels fault just something we wanted but not available.

1 to short parkingplaces 2 we stay in the hotel for the Semana Santa processions but the hotel staff had no information off this festival .

Just it was near beach side and that was only the benefit. If the stay was for more than 2 days we would have changed the hotel undoubtedly .

The hotel in itself is too smelly. Throughout , the carpets are too dirty. The restaurant ceilings are falling off. The staff more over so non responsive and shows no interest at all. Seems to be not paid for their job. In one word it's in deteriorating stage. The should close this and is disgrace for such a lovely Nation.

Restaurant was not open in the hotel in late March, only for breakfast.

Good breakfast. Convenient for town centre but quieter - a pleasant walk into town.

On arrival the reception staff was not very pleasant - we had wanted a room with a sea view (not a street view) and when we enquired about it he was less than helpful.

Very helpful staff, free wifi throughout (although there seem to be some coverage 'holes' in the hotel); nice breakfast buffet. Excellent location and you car parking!

Some rooms smell of cigarette smoke; not sure if the hotel can do much about this, as Spain allows smoking in hotel rooms (though not in public areas - weird). On a positive note, the receptionist switched my room immediately when I complained about this.

Graffiti and dog mess in the area, but seems to be a more general Spanish problem!

Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Most staff were welcoming and friendly. Good buffet breakfast. Very near the beach, but also easy to walk into Malaga city centre for galleries, museums and shopping. Some bars and restaurants nearby. Close to bus services for airport. Not too far to bus for railway station to travel up into the sierras or along the coast.

Would have been nie to have an evening meal there sometimes.

It's 20-30 minutes nice walk to the citycenter and the beach is just on the other side of a road behind the hotel.

Breakfest is a bit dull. Nothing warm and very little vegetables.

Room was good, with a sea view (and sunrises are gorgeous there). Although backside view (visible from staircase) is not that bad as well - some pretty mansion. There's a pool near the restaurant, so one could swim at any time of the year. Breakfast was quite alright - nothing special, but rather OK.

Pool's really tiny. Wifi signal was poor on 6th floor. Location is nice if sea's still warm (so you could go swim) but a bit out of city center if you're visiting Malaga for the city itself. OTOH Malaga's small and it's only 15 minutes walk anyway.

i have ordered room service and was expecting this to be added in the bill, but i was told i needed to pay cash. i had to walk out in the middle of the night to find a cash machine. i wasnt happy about that.
