No tea or coffee making facilities in room

Location. Size of bedroom and bathroom was generous.

Check in was unfriendly and all about getting yout r money before pleasantries. Room was dirty. Bin not emptied properly and crisps on floor under dressing table. Reading lamp lightbulb was fused on arrival to room. Called and requested replacement. Never replaced throughout 2 night 3 day stay. Breakfast room was dirty. Staff just generally uninterested and not bothered. The noise from clubs and street revellers is so loud you cannot sleep. Had been forewarned and emailed for a quiet back room. Email was not acknowledged and was given a room adjacent to a club! Hotel was not full. Will definitely never return.

Breakfast was poor - no staff to help, no fresh fruit. Room was adequate but overlooked a car park. Unpleasant smell between lift and bedroom. Hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. Facilities fairly run down - needs upgrading.

Good position for beach and town centre. Clean, spacious rooms. Towels changed daily. Fridge in room. Breakfast good varied.

Staff were efficient, but not welcoming. Their english wasn't as good as i anticipated it would be and we struggled to make ourselves understood at times.

Too near night clubs. Noisy, noisy, noisy.

Location

Air Conditioning was very noisy and no control, only on or off. The beds were very firm! We were led to believe that there would be entertainment during the evenings. Mini bar can only be accessed after purchasing a predetermined package of drinks which were not the drinks that we wanted. The safe in the room was only available for a charge of 2,75€/day. - expensive! The internet charge of 6€ /hour is exorbitant.

Poor breakfast, bad coffee, very simple facilities, but value for money.

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to queue for a long time as there were too few staff on reception, only to be told to come back in one hour as our room wasn't ready. We went back after 2 hours and it still wasn't ready! The evening meal was terrible - very poor selection, very poor quality and luke warm at best. There was bread on offer but with no butter and when we asked for butter, we just got a one word answer "No". Breakfast was no better. In he morning we had no hot water and with it being February the water was too cold to have shower, so we had to go without! When we went to reception to check out, we commented that we had had no hot water - no apology was given, they just said that everyone else had to same problem and there was nothing they could do about it. I had already paid for he room the day before so all I had to pay was an 11€ bar bill - but following the poor service, bad food, no hot water and rude staff, I objected to paying the bar bill. The receptionist called for the manager who just threw our invoice down on the desk and said in a very rude manner " OK I will pay it for you!" - still no apology! Then not realising that we spoke some Spanish, he turned to colleague and began to insult us in Spanish! When we told him that we understood what he was saying about us, he still did not apologise and continued to complain about us to the receptionist. I told him that we would never be coming back, to which he just shrugged his shoulders and smirked back at me. We will never go back!

the location was very good i had a great view of the harbour and beach from my room.the location was greatfor all ameineties the hotel was clean and frendly with a good bar.The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable and to top it all it was a great breakfast.

Did Have a very nice time, the location gave me a chance for taken trips with the bus to diffrent place as Mijas, Belamadena etc. Thank you to all in Las Palmeras.E.O.Stapelton

The hotel is very close to several Discos which were very loud untill 4 am

Very good but it was very noisy and we only had half a sea view.

Lovely clean facilities, plesant staff and great Location to beach, easy to fing from bus and rail station
