On Fuengirola beachfront, next to the 12th-century Sohail Castle, this hotel has 2 swimming pools and a spa. Its elegant rooms have a terrace and sea views.
Score from 1000 reviews Very good
This charming Andalusian-style hotel is in the resort of Fuengirola, 500 ft from the beach on the Costa del Sol. It features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi zone.

Staff Breakfast Location Free Wifi Pool
Car Parking Speed of Lifts
location just opposite beach bars close by pool area good plenty of sunbeds rooms basic but very clean
parking should have been advised that tow trucks galore had hire car towed away cost 118euros to get back 1 hour later
everything was as we expected,we will certainly recommend, and if possible will visit again.
Not the pool but the beach.
On arrival one person to check in. Balconies small and couldn't relax as water from (A.C) upper floors dripping. Room cleanliness should be better. Dinner food first night limited to three suggestions, chicken was too fried, I've seen better in fast food outlets. Breakfast was worse than a tube morning rush, Nobody there to control queues. Selection of food awful. We used to have a look before deciding every evening if the food was fine BUT never had food service in the remainder of the stay went outside restaurants having paid for dinner. For me its not a four star hotel.
Pool, location breakfast staff
At check-in I world have liked to get information about Wi-FI, the safety box and the fridge. World have saved me some running to the front desk.
Enjoyed the stay, very relaxing and comfortable. Pool was excellent - fairly quiet and well managed Free Wifi in Lounge area Know the area as I stay in Fuengirola frequently
Bar a bit expensive
Twin beds not double Breakfast buffet was a free for all and so busy
location was good
reception staff were dreadful no attention maid failed to provide towels daily room walls paperthin could hear next door breakfast quality was dreadful
Breakfast was good
The hotel is very tired in all areas it was not good value for money. They removed the towels from our room and did not replace them. We asked them to bring us some so that we could have a shower but they never arrived until the next day. We got fed up of asking them for the towels and waiting for them to bring them so we had to use our beach towels which was not ideal. I would not recommend this hotel
food awful location poor should have advised online that this was not a british friendly hotel pool not suitable for children as boring without toys
Location is excellent! Pool facilities are very good! Rooms are basic but clean and adequate
Areas of hotel are looking very shabby, stairs and reception area. Food is poor in hotel.
The location, dinner
The swimming pool was dirty, clearly some black bits were on it. My daughter suffered a cut on her feet due to something sharp at the bottom of the swimming pool, the staff didn't seem concern by it. At the dinner the description on the food wasn't accurate as I don't eat meat and the rice was titled rice and mushroom however when I took the rice there were some bits of meat on it when asked I was told it is the checken.
Great pool . Great to dive or jump into. Nice breakfast and very entertaining piano in the evening.
Perhaps more toiletries in bathroom but adequate .
When we booked the family hotel room we expected what we saw in the picture advertised, what we got was completely different. In the picture was a family room with one double bed and two single beds, we got one double and two pull outs. one of the beds in another room which had no air conditioning at all. When we complained we just got a shrug of the shoulders and told to put up with it. A very poor state of affairs.
Good choice of food
Buffet area too small when busy it was chaotic long line of people in a very narrow space
We had booked a triple room but this hotel's view of a triple room is to put a folding bed into a double/twin room and call that a triple. Ultimately they gave us a family room which they class as a junior suite, which was ok, but this was after about an hour of haggling and demonstrating that the double room was not a triple room. Also, no kiddie pool.
Clean and sufficient
Beds and pillows quite firm
Location, no more
Hotel is tired. Feels like its had no investment since the mid eighties. Breakfast is very poor too.
Bedroom/Suite excellent and very comfortable Staff were generally efficient and Breakfast on Monday, tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was excellent.
The charge to park your car of 20 euros was a disgrace and not acceptable as a fair additional charge. Street parking long term was available.outside the hotel. Breakfast on the Sunday of my stay was like a madhouse and there appeared no organisation by staff.
Pool is great and rarely too busy
A little bit faded and rundown. Breakfast is not great
It may strike you that this review will appear morbid or a slightly even extreme but this is the first bad review I have ever had to write,I guess you would have to take my word or else find out the hard way, This hotel is an absolute disgrace,Where do I start? The hotel itself mostly tend to spanish residents, Most of the staff had no English and the ones that did were shockingly rude,A number of times we asked questions such as directions they would chat in Spanish sniggering and laugh before telling you sorry i'm not sure! I thought maybe I took up their manner wrong until one night my Pregnant wife began to bleed, I rush to reception to get an ambulance their response was that they couldnt do that for insurance reasons and handed be a map of where the hospital was (15 min walk) We took a cab instead,The Food was a buffet but after day 1 we ate out, The breakfast was seriously atrocious looking, (We didnt eat it) The Entertainment was an old spanish guy on the keyboard who only played spanish slow set, The Internet was €5 per Day and didnt work, ps you wont get a refund either! There was One English station on Tv which shows star trek, Even though they boast a sea view room its at an angle so you can almost see the view, Pipes were leaking into the balcony, The Bath was tiny but never filled up as it flooded before filling,I can say for sure that this was a horrible experience and even though I rented a car to travel to another hotel each day we hated driving back here even just to sleep. I could go on & on with details but they only advise I can give is to stay well clear of this abusive old style concentration camp! Regard Martin From Ireland
