Very nice room (duplex). Nice & fresh decorated (not like other dusty old hotels). Very good staff, helpfull and good knowledge of english. Nice breakfast. Central location to visit the city! We loved it! No bath. |

The staff was great. The rooms were very comfortable & hip. Very central when using metro. I loved that breakfast was served until like 11:30am. Very helpful when you stay in Madrid. |

Cool, friendly vibe. Great breakfast. Interesting decor. Good value. Bed pushed against wall required shimmying in and out and no night stand. Though location within city is very good, the immediate block or two could use some clean up. |

We liked the central location of this hotel. The design and decor were colourful and interesting and, probably best of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem when the televison in our room began to come loose from the wall. When we spoke to the desk clerk, we were immediately transferred to another room with no questions asked and without fuss. If we return to Madrid, I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again through your website. |
