I liked the beach location and anything you needed was close to hand.

central location , quiet and fantastic view.

the pool area could have been more inviting.

Brilliant location been here a few times now my favourite place to stay in Benidorm

it is a door in the livingroom leading in to the neighbour apartment, you hear everything what is going on there, it is like paper. During my stay there were no cleaning. Sorry very disapointed. Not again.

The microwave in the room had a small hole on the inside of the door and a crack on the outside. We didn't use it because of concerns about this.

Great location. Lovely apartments, lots of storage and very clean and well equipped. Nice little extras (paper napkins, extra toilet rolls).

No hairdryer, which was advertised. Couple of nights/mornings were cool and could have done with heating in apartment. But to be fair we didn't complain so maybe they would have rectified this.

we liked everything about it. the location right on the beach front, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely big bath towels. nice size flat screen telly with many channels in various languages. to change to english just use the remote. pool area was nice too. would definately stay there again.

there's nothing to dislike about this place.

Great for stag and hen parties, you can shout, scream, play loud music throughout the night and the hotel management don't mind.

Paper thin walls and ceilings. Hearing other guests vomiting, using the toilet and speaking.

cleaning rooms every four days doesn't suit families especially who has childrens beside they dont use detergents. the reception staff un cooperating and they never smile.

lovely appartment right on promenade overlooking beach, wonderful views, clean, friendly staff and parking everything you would want, swimming pool and exercise equipment in pool area will be going back soon

The Location, how friendly the staff are and how they are always willing to help. The Rooms were very clean and confortable. had everything we needed

There is nothing bad about this hotel - Bring on next year

The location right on the beach was fantastic and close to all the central evening entertainment. Apartments had lovely views and enough facilities to self cater for a week if you wanted to. Beds were very comfortable with patio doors onto the balcony and a lovely big bathroom with plenty of clean towels. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice but did not have any other meal so cannot comment on food quality. Overall, they are fantastic apartments and we would definitely recommend them .

As we only stayed two days we did not use the self catering facilities but there was no oven, only a hob.

We liked everything from check in the rooms and service throughout. Thankyou for a great holiday Les Dunes.

Our group had 3 apartments. Our stay was comfortable, all the room clean and well maintained. Would not stay again.

The male reception person attitude on our arrival was not good. He complained to another staff member about the "English", unaware that a member of our group spoke Spanish. When challenged he apologized.

Location and views

Excellent value for money in excellent laocation for the centre of Benidorm. Comfortable, roomy apartments with fantastic views. Clean, modern and very comfortable.

Reception staff were unfriendly.

This apartment is the best we have stayed in for the cost. The room was clean, very comfortable beds. It had heating that we could adjust to suit. It was well equip, even an iron and ironing board (although a bit wobbly) Would definately return to this apartment and recommend.
