Food was excellent - value for money was good as well.

The hotel is far from Bilbao and forget it without a car !

The staff were kind enough to store our cycling bag for us for a week and did not seek to charge us. In fact they could not have been more helpful about it.

Modern, compact hotel well away from noisy roads and close to airport. Small carafe of wine and sweets provided gratis on arrival. Restaurant was good with drinks provided free.

Doors and corridors a bit clunky and inevitable some people getting up early for flights so I didn't sleep that well but then I am a light sleeper. Otherwise the room was big, comfortable and well-appointed.

Have stayed at this Hotel 4 times before, and have no problem telling my friends to stay there, which they do. The one thing I would change about it, is the bar area, some serious opportunities being missed not only for hotel guests but for local clients, it needs some comfortable seating I.E. settees to encourage people to linger longer, and potentially spend more money. Excellent staff helping in every way. Impressive building worthy of 4stars with nice clean rooms. Very good restaurant for dinner & good breakfast. Free parking on site & good connection to Internet. There is a shopping center 5min drive away but really not much within walking distance. Excellent hotel, I would definitely stay there again.

Not a complaint, but need to mention that the hotel is close to airport and there is occasional plane noise.

We were flying into Bilbao in the evening and wanted a hotel near to the airport. The hotel is only a 15min drive away and is very new, clean and modern and set in a small village. The rooms were very comfortable with a small complementary bottle of wine which we thought was a nice touch. There are restauants in the area but they are all a car drive away so we ate at the hotel and were not disappointed. A 3-course meal with wine bread and water for less than €20. There is also a bar and small breakfast area with a decent selection of items for a good start to the day. All the staff we met were lovely and very efficient. It's also only a short drive away from another small town called Leioa where there is a park & ride at the metro station for going into Bilbao. We would definately stay here again if we were in the area.

Easy to find, very helpful and friendly staff, room of a good size, very clean and tidy, overall excellent value for money. Would stay again and recommend.

The hotel was very convenient after the ferry trip to Bilbao. Hotel manager spoke good English. Room was comfortable and everything we expected. 5min drive to Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Me encantó estar cerca de Bilbao (los buses pasan a las en punto y llegas en 10 minutos a los museos) y en un ambiente tranquilo. . Camas perfectas. Decoración sobria. La vista de mi habitación era de la iglesia antigua, precioso! El desayuno correcto .Sin duda volveré

Lo único molesto era que la puerta del baño no cerraba sin estruendo porque arrastraba en el suelo.

la frecuencia de transporte publico a Bilbao es baja, aunque hay una parada de bus a 50 mts,
