The Staff were incredibly helpful. the rooms were gorgeous and the location was second to none

there was no English speaking satellite channel bar 2 news channels. the bar seemed limited and didnt offer lighter meals. the restaurant was the only option

The service in the bar could do with some improving and they need to think about some sort of cocktail menu too....

The Hotel was excellent and in such a romantic setting. The location of the Hotel was excellent. We loved our whole time in San Sebastian, one of the prettiest cities we have been to.

This hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to San Sebastian. If you like your food you are in the right place.

The staff is very friendly and concerned, we felt at home, we were all very happy in spite of the wheather. The location of the hotel is ideal, the view on the beach is a real pleasure. We are looking foreard to return.

Breakfast is too expensive, it could be more accessible to all.

We loved the location and sea views. Close to the old city, tapa bars and shopping district - fantastic. The bed was also very comfortable.

Many guests were smoking at the front lobby door - from an event occurring in the banquet room - and were blocking the entrance. Perhaps there needs to be a designated smoking area adjacent to the banquet room.

Loved the staff who were totally helpful and loved the ground floor bar which is just so comfortable. The view from our room was splendid! The bed fantastic -and huge.

only that from our room (401) the WiFi was rather inconsistent

Very central for everything in San Sebastián

Charming comfortable hotel,one of most gracious in its heyday! quality appointments, marble bathroom, huge bed, plush carpet, passage door to min. noise, fridge, safe v. good services (laundry service was extra good) brilliant position on beachfront, overlooks amazing La Concha bay, one of only hotels with outdoor bar on beachfront promenade, close to 'old town', good wi-fi, v. helpful staff - esp. concierge Juan who was so helpful, even recommending his great dentist for my wife who had broken a tooth on flight over (heaven-sent!), lovely lounge overlooking bay if staying indoors. Amazing value !!

The view was very,very nice . So pleased overall.

Classic old hotel sitting right on the beach. Unfortunately, we were there during a rainy cool period which somewhat put a damper on our stay. The hotel is well located for walks to the old part of town. Our room was on the city side of the hotel and a bit small; however, the bathroom was updated and clean. The parking was adjacent but expensive.

Staff as well as on Reception and Bar (stylish Place and Design) impressing. Quick, polite, experienced. Not worse than in any International Grandhotel we stayed. We had a room with a splendid Sea-view. Hotel is in close walking-Distanzen to the Old Town, Harbour and Center. Parking Service and Luggage Service from its best

Breakfast-room too small. We had several times to wait some minutes to be seated. You should avoid the peak between 9-10 a.m.

Very comfortable room. Great facilities. Quiet. Location ideal for walking the La Concha and exploring the city.

Construction is still ongoing, but not much of a problem. The drive was blocked by a crane, but the staff was very helpful in getting cars in and out of the entrance drive. Biggest problem was the problematic connection to WIFI. They blamed it on the ongoing construction, but it was intermittent connectivity.
