I like the location and the grounds of the hotel. And the Ambassador Restaurant is a little gem and good value.Plenty of activities and entertainment.

For a hotel which charges the prices it does, the absence of english speaking channels with films/entertainment is surprising. But I guess the Germans rule the world ! Of the two restaurants on the seafront, the one other than the Osianis was a mess in terms of service and food quality. I dislike Head Waiters dressing down their staff in public !

I was 7 months pregnant when we stayed at the Costa Meloneras. It was exactly what we needed for this time in our lives. Great facilities, nice rooms and a great place to sit back and do nothing. It actually is much nicer then it looks in the photos on this website - that has never happend to me before. Might be the nicest hotel on the island.

That said considering that we are a couple in our early 30s if I had not been pregnant we might have wanted to stay somewhere with a younger crowd :)

Food was excellent. Staff were great, We really enjoyed our stay. We were on honeymoon, and we will remember our holiday forever..the spa was great also. Thanks for everything.

The only thing I can think of was the massage treatment. My wife wasn't comfortable with a man giving her a massage. She should have stipulated that she would prefer a lady, but she didn'T. She didn't want to create a fuss, so didn't say anything. She has learned her lesson. It may be an idea to mention to clients prior to treatment, or at the booking stage.? Ps, I really enjoyed my massage..

The gardens and outdoor facilities, together with evening outdoor entertainment are what brought us back,and will continue to bring us back to this hotel.

Everything lived up to expectations for such a large hotel. I was particularly impressed by the Spa experience and also the infinity pool.

I would have preferred that the no smoking policy applied also to the outside areas in the restaurants as it does in England. It is most unpleasant when eating a meal to have someones smoke drifting across your table. In my view smoking should not be tolerated in any area where food is being prpared and consumed.

I loved everything about this hotel and the special attention to detail. The entrance was very impressive, water features and reception and foyer were beautifully decorated, Swimming pools were fantastic especially the infinity pool. The hotel was immaculate, spotless.

I could not fault this hotel.

Stylish, friendly, luxuriouus

We were given a free upgrade and could not believe it when we got to the room. We were on the ground floor near one of the pools and had our own sun loungers, umbrellas and a table and chairs.

It was 12 Euros a day to park our rental car.. The wifi was free in the central bar, but fairly slow. We paid separately for wifi in the room which was intermittent. Disappointing.

The hotel setting is amazing and the grounds are immaculate. There were plenty of loungers available during the day and loads of free activities. The selection of food for both breakfast and dinner was very good and the staff were very courteouscurt. It was also nice that there were night shows on the entertain people. I could not fault this hotel.

This is a very impressive hotel. It looks great & the staff are very attentive & helpful. The main pool for me was the big draw which is a huge infinity pool overlooking the sea. Our room was large with a balcony & to a high standard, it had aircon & tv ( only 2 english channels) & was cleaned everyday (at random times). There are a number of restaurants on site to choose from although we only used one for breakfast so can not comment on the food. There are also a number of poolside bars selling food & drink during the day. Evening entertainment everynight was ok. You also get direct access to the local shops & restaurants through a private gate, these too are to a high standard & food was excellent. The huge beach & dunes are also just a 5min walk away. Overall the place is to a very high standard & is very relaxing with everything you need onsite or nearby. Highly recommend.

Only negative points for us were: the pool seating got very busy & depending where you sit can be very shaded by all the trees. You cant put towels out to save a chair before 10 so you need to get up early & sit down there for a good spot. The pool itself was fantastic tho. The breakfast was a bit pricey at 12 euro each p/ day. Food is nice & is all you can eat so good for big eaters! We found we went to local shop tho for sandwiches at 1/4 price. Men have to wear long trousers & a collar in the restaurant & indoor bars in the evenings.

we loved everything about this hotel. we have stayed there twice . The food is good and there is nightly entertainment. staff are friendly and helpful. Its location is super and all tastes are catered for. can't wait to go back next year.

We could not ask for a nicer holiday the hotel was first class and all the staff were so helpful. I have stayed in all three of the lopesan hotels in Gran Canaria and by far this was the best hotel! Thankyou so much the Mckay family

Har varit på detta hotell några gånger tidigare och vet att det är förstklassigt. Mat och miljö är på topp. Kan inte bli bättre. Närheten till Maspalomas öknen är bara plus. Välkommen du också. Du blir inte besviken.

Muy amables los recepcionistas. Me gusto mucho la piscina, los jardines y la ubicación.

Me pareció sorprendente que un hotel de 5 estrellas no ponga pasta ni cepillo de dientes, ni tampoco crema corporal. Si que nos los proporcionaron cuando los solicitamos, pero hubo que esperar un par de horas.

Tutto, dalle camere alle piscine (eccezionali!), ai ristoranti e bar, alla posizione. Hall sfarzosa. Pulizia impeccabile in tutto l'hotel. Era la prima volta in questo hotel, ma ho già prenotato la prossima

Mi è piaciuto tutto

Eccezionale! Abbiamo provato tutti i ristoranti e anche il buffet della cena. Colazione incredibilmente buona e abbondante con spumante incluso! Piscine meravigliose. Sdraio comodissime. Camere bellissime. Personale impeccabile. Design curatissimo. Impossibile pretendere di più.

Chi fa critiche a questa struttura è meglio che se ne stia a casa!

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le casino. Les piscines sont magnifiques. La nourriture est très bonne.

Réseau Wifi désastreux. SPA trop cher. Le mobilier de notre chambre un peu vétuste par rapport au standing de l'hôtel.

Отель хорошо расположен на берегу океана, хороший ресторан много мест на терассе, хорошая кухня для отеля такого класса, много ресторанчиков как в самом отеле так и рядом с отелем на набережной.

Нет пляжа, нет русских каналов в номере, платный интернет в номере.
