Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Corallium Thalasso    

I have visted Melanoras 4 times. All of them in one of the Lopesan hotels. They are big, bur still friendly. Swimming pool aera is wonderful. To golf at Salobre is better than Meloneras campo. The breakfast was very good.

Liked the spa, the rooms had a dressing room. Very friendly staff

No complementary water in the rooms, so if you arrive late you have to pay minibar prices.

We had stayed here preiously and we were not disappointed this time. Our sea view/balcony room was excellent. Towels changed twice daily and bedding every other day and spotlessly clean. The restaurant and courtyard staff were very polite and friendly. We are an elderly couple and they looked after us very well. Our return flight was delayed for 3 days because of snow/ice in uk and the staff on reception were very helpful when I rang them from the airport and were able to accommodate us for the 3 days even though the Hotel was very busy with Easter bookings. Excellent service all round! It was a little cool in the evenings but the patio heaters in the retaurant and outside were superb.

Superb staff with lots of eye contact and smiles all round. Strict use of sunbed rules which prevented clients putting towels on between 10 & 8 A.M. and returning much later. Lots of nooks and crannies if you wanted peace and quiet.

A petty charge of 3.50 euros for use of cups in room.

The layout of the hotel made it seem small. The spa was amazing

Comfort, space, food and well maintained complex

Noise of cleaners in the mornings. TV only one English speaking chanel which was Sky News. A movie purchase chanel would be good

- Very clean rooms - Lots of space - Pools are beautifull - Staff very friendly - Breakfast great We had a loverly vacation. The hotel is close to a boulevard with lots of restaurants and the sea

- Safe should be free for a 5 star hotel. Its not expensive but I expect more in this class. Also the safe did not work anymore on the day of checkout. Strange because if you checkout late you have to put your stuff somewhere. Now i carried everything with me during breakfast. - No free wifi! Thats unacceptable. Its not 2005 when you had to pay for wifi. Even the 4 star lopesan hotel has free internet in the lobby. Wifi acces is expensive and free internet is a must have in these days. - We went on a boat trip with the 'spirit of the sea' from the hotel. I would have appreciated a warning about this trip. We got back very sick (the entire boat dit) because of the rough seas.

It is a massive resort and there is lots to do for families. And children especially.4/5 different pools means there is plenty of space for everyone! I had a sea view room and it was amazing with a huge terrace. Breakfast has something for everyone. Healthy/unhealthy.

All bars ( I might add I wanted a bottle a water for my run) do not open till 10am. The gym does not open till 10am...... The place to collect pool towels does not open till 10am and closes at 12 noon. Reopens between 3-5pm again. For a large place like that they should have staff there the whole time.

This was my second time to stay and really enjoyed, the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is amazing and I could not fault the place. I will be back again soon I hope.

I loved the staff attention. 100 % committed to deliver an excellent service, very supportive and kind. The breakfast was astonishing and one of the meals that we had at the hotel was fantastic, all fresh, great variation, great service

I don t like the fact that people put the towels on the loungers very early in the morning by the swimming-pools , and they don't even bother to come down and nobody says anything or do anything about it in the hotel. It takes a little bit of time to get in use to the hotel and to get orientated. I think the signals for indication should be better

Habitación con vista al mar - lo único que pudimos ver era las obras del hotel enfrente.

El entorno y las instalaciones son muy bonitas. El trato de parte del personal es acogedor y caloroso. Son todos muy pendientes de la satisfacción del cliente. Todo fue perfecto!

Ningun punto negativo.

Camera pulita, grande, silenziosa e con tutto ciò che serviva. Colazione fantastica.

Prezzo un pò troppo alto per chi vuole solo dormire come facevamo noi. L'albergo è molto grande, dotato di piscina, spa e altri svaghi che alzano solo il prezzo se non utilizzati.
