Best weekend ever from the moment they picked us up from the airport. Unbelievable experience start to finish

Old town Marbella. Hotel very modern, two members of staff were extremely rude to us. The 'security' were quite intimadating. It has to potential to have wider appeal than the 'pool party set' however for this they need to make the other young couple guests feel welcome. Somthing I feel they are not capable of right now, so I would not return. Shame as the room had really good facilities and was kept clean.

The Bathroom was nice!!

It was Traumatic!!! Never slept a wink thanks to all the drama that went on outside our door. Horrendeous!!! Blood stains were still on the carpet when we checked out! Realise that this probably doesnt happen everyday...but I have read the other reviews and they arent really good!!This hotel is not for Anyone over the age of 25!! It is on a busy Motor way and is a Taxi ride away from the shops and Marina...not very Practical to walk.Waste land Pretty much All around it not pleasing on the eye. Didn't feel comfortable at all. It's more of a Posing hotel.you don't go there to sunbath on the round beds that 3 people can get on.....you go there to try and Pull. Full of pretty boys!!! Marbella was disappointing...go to Benalmadena or Torremolinos....much better! Posh shops are empty...the lucky lucky men do more business selling the fake ones! It's not posh at all.if your rich go and Park your Yaught in Monacco. The views are much better there!!!!

Picked up from the airport & was checked in -in the car!! We were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite with a huge terrace over the pool with its own jacuzzi. This hotel knows what customer service is about Alexandra the Manager was a shining light throughout our stay. Food was out of this world. Dj around the pool playing great music. Hotel arranged vip access to some geat clubs. Will be going back soon

Nothing was perfect

very nice hotel with good facilities and frdly staff. Very UK based with UK TV including all british basic channels

very difficult to find... the SB sign on the roof is the only thing one can identify while driving on the motorway! Also was given a kettle with a UK plug... need adaptor for it

Lovely design! Swiming pool deck very relaxing and nice!

The staff were very helpful & friendly & the food was excellent.

Very high prices, especially soft drinks in the bar.

The room was good value.

We had to change room becasue the air conditioning did not work in the first room. In the second room the air conditioning did work but only just. This is obviously a tired building which had been refurbished, unfirtunately the interior work has been done cheaply and I don't think that they did any work ot the air conditioning.

On arriving at the hotel, I realised that the double bed I had opted for was not in the room- I had twin beds. Immediately I complained and was told they would sort it out and call me back- nothing happened. The next day the maid had put a double sheet over the 2 matresses........not what I wanted! The air conditioning wasn't working which made it a very uncomfortable experience and there was no alternative (ie fans) supplied by the hotel. One morning I made a cup of tea in the room and the milk had gone off! Although the staff were all very pleasent and helpful the manager was rude and incompetant and was unable to handle problems and make sure guests were satisfied with there service- it took 3 days for the manager to speak with me, when she did she refused to take any responsibility, argued with me and failed to compensate me in any way for my bad experience......I Would not return to this hotel

Rooms are clean with nice decor

Unfortunately during my stay at the Sisu Hotel they was holding a 'groove weekend' which I was not advised about at the time of the booking. The hotel was loud all night, I had no sleep whatsoever during the first night due to people screaming and shouting in the corridors (most of which were adults were over 30!). I was advised the Sisu had 24 hour security who done nothing about the noise. Overall nice hotel, shame about the clientale.

Good hotel if you want to have fun good music by the pool side, eventhough finishing bit early when people are still around the pool drinking and sunbathing.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly

Hotel a little out of the way, as taxis are very expensive. Drinks expensive, but so is the whole resort.
