The hotel was really clean, the food and cocktails were amazing and was a great location, really enjoyed the pool party. The reception staff were extremely slow at checking in and out and one of them was extremely rude to us, other than that the pool staff and cleaners were great.

Excellent value for money. Very good food. Ideal for stag or hen bash. Fantastic poolside area, obvious ties to the local club scene, brilliant party hotel! Friendly staff and good security makes an ideal place to relax and let your hair down. Perfect party base too with no idiots tollerated either. Everyone else I spoke to were dissappointed with their hotel so this was a great find. Fit staff!! For the money you just could not fault it. 5 euro taxi from beach.

Loved the breakfast by the pool. Loved the bar and the whole ambience was awesome. Robes in the rooms, funky modern everything. Great staff too. A little hard to find with my gps, recommend a non Chinese gps :)

Modern design and colours, cleanliness. Staff was not very friendly or helpful altough there were always at least 4 people at the reception, which seemed to be an exaggeration compared to the size of the hotel. An hour before our leave they reminded us that the check out time was at noon, which we found very rude, especially because it was low season and the hotel was not full at all. As per the location it is not very close to the sea or the city center but there is a bus stop near to it.

Excellent breakfast, the room was very spacious and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The staff was always willing to help and their English was very good. The bathroom could do with some shelving space to place toiletries. Also my husband found difficult to shave in the bathroom due to the lack of lighting in the mirror area.

We used the hotel as a night stop off on our way to Cadiz. Most impressed but we were travelling off season, Mainly young people staying there but we found it very quiet no pool parties so good for us. Not central if staying for a weeks holiday but would think there was plenty going on in hotel. Breakfast excellent good service.

The room was good value. We had to change room becasue the air conditioning did not work in the first room. In the second room the air conditioning did work but only just. This is obviously a tired building which had been refurbished, unfirtunately the interior work has been done cheaply and I don't think that they did any work ot the air conditioning.

On arriving at the hotel, I realised that the double bed I had opted for was not in the room- I had twin beds. Immediately I complained and was told they would sort it out and call me back- nothing happened. The next day the maid had put a double sheet over the 2 matresses........not what I wanted! The air conditioning wasn't working which made it a very uncomfortable experience and there was no alternative (ie fans) supplied by the hotel. One morning I made a cup of tea in the room and the milk had gone off! Although the staff were all very pleasent and helpful the manager was rude and incompetant and was unable to handle problems and make sure guests were satisfied with there service- it took 3 days for the manager to speak with me, when she did she refused to take any responsibility, argued with me and failed to compensate me in any way for my bad experience......I Would not return to this hotel

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly Hotel a little out of the way, as taxis are very expensive. Drinks expensive, but so is the whole resort.

Nice style as a "party hotel" combined as quiet and clean with good facilities. It was not a boring hotel. Wouild like to stay again. Only little to far from puerto banus.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived, there was water all over the bathroom floor as the shower, despite being new, leaked. Also the shower head wouldn't turn off completely so made a noise. Worse though was the very inefficient air con which was so hopeless, we switched it off and opened the windows instead.

Housekeeping was very nice As for me I think this hotel is the perfect place where you can relax with the girl for one night. Very poor breakfast, lazy staff in restaurant.

Loved the pool area!! The rooms are nice, since the hotel is recently renovated, but they are not very "design" like the hotel claims to be. But the hotel was still in the starting up fase when we were there, the rooftop terrace wasn't open yet. To the port of Puerto Banus it is a 20 minute walk, so we used the car/taxi every nigth to go out.
